We stayed at this hotel for one night...we attended an event in Independence MO and were headed to Lincoln NE the next day, so needed a place to stay overnight. Great for an overnight stay. Didn't really have much around it, but we didn't need anything. Breakfast was a regular hotel breakfast...hot/cold options...was good for what we needed. Hotel was very quiet, free parking.

Breakfast I have been charged extra $50 to my credit card after checkout in addition to what I paid through booking.com (doesn't apprear on any receipt) that I can't explain the reason behind. trying to get a clarification from the hotel to understand the reason behind this charge.

Wendy! Wendy provided us with EXCEPTIONAL customer service. We rented the meeting room for a family Christmas gathering and everything was perfect. Wendy even went above and beyond to help us with a can opener 😁 We will definitely be back. Room was HUGE. 3 adults and 2 kids were very comfortable. Breakfast was great as well!

The location was great since we were staying there to attend baseball tournament games. The facility was very clean and the breakfast was good.

Our room did not get cleaned on the second day of our stay. There were no written information pamphlets in the room that described services such as room cleaning options, hours for breakfast, etc. These would have been appreciated.

It is a quiet location close to the airport (but not too close) and very clean. We loved the pool and fire pit for a little gathering. And Brett the front desk attendant was very nice about lighting the fire and giving us restaurant recommendations.

Clean,safe, quiet, warm breakfast parking lot was plowed well. Staff was friendly and check-in was easy. Great location to pretty much anywhere in KC.

Would have been nice if there was an indoor pool.

Perfect location from where I was needing to go. Loved the dog that was out and about. So friendly and enjoyed having the dog there.

Little difficult to get in and out of just location of access into that area.

We were there for grandson’s baseball tournament. Staff was very accommodating and friendly. Breakfast buffet very well maintained, service areas cleaned, and food resupplied in timely manner.

Restrooms by pool frequently out of toilet paper. Single stall, so sometimes wait was inconvenient.

The staff was so helpful and accommodating to us. We could check in earlier after I mentioned we'd been driving for over 11 hours. We were so grateful for that. The room was clean, and we loved the high ceilings, the stylish colors, and the bed was so comfortable. We stayed three nights, and when we travel back to Kansas City, Missouri, we will be staying here.

My only complaint is that there wasn't much lighting in the room.

Extremely clean. Very quiet. Excellent location — easy access on and off the highway but tucked back where there was no road noise. Great breakfast. Very good fitness center.
