The lady that helped us from the phone was heaven sent. If I can rate this 1 of 10, I'd give it 100! From the hospitality to the cleanest ,most space and best handicap hospitality ever. My service dog slept most comfortable of all. Wish all my other hotel stays matched yours! Thank you so much! You even had my wife's favorite eucalyptus body wash. Will forever be grateful for the room. Highly recommended! If it wasn't that we had to meet a deadline, we would have stayed the whole week! Great job! Definitely recommended! We had planned to stay from Friday to Sunday for a ball tournament for our grandson. During his last game on Saturday I received a call that my cousin had just died and we needed to come home. I called the hotel and explained the situation and they helped us out and we didn't have to pay for the overnight. I was fully prepared to pay 1/2 but was greatly surprised and grateful that we didn't get charged for leaving early. Thank you so much for helping us in our time of need.

We love this property for travel stays. The rooms are up to date, clean, and spacious. The breakfast is always incredible and the pool was fun for my son. Accommodations are always met when we’ve made requests.

Breakfast attendant was wonderful and so pleasant. The waffles were the best. Rooms were nice and clean. The pull out sofa bed was very roomy.

No hot tub and the pool water was like sea water. You could taste too much salt on your lips. The pool water was also a little chilly.

The kind & welcoming greeting was great! Beautiful & spacious rooms & seeing a welcome on the tv screen was extra special.

I forgot my phone charger & was on hold for 13 minutes. Was told housekeeping wasn’t responding & I would be called back. So far no return call.

upon check in the older male was extremely RUDE. We also booked thru booking and choose the more expensive option to “pay at property”. He did not allow us to do that and charged card on file with booking. Upon checkout we were told to call and let management know and we did so and nothing was done or taken off of our bill even after explaining we paid a higher price to “pay @ property”. was told to call directly to book and not use booking.com in the future. Also incurred to $15 charges-not sure why they weren’t reversed. one mean very unhappy older gentleman effected an entire family.

Location! It is a beautiful property with lots of lovely design details. Very well maintained and clean. Front desk and all staff very polite and helpful. LOVED the gym and pool. The best!

There seems to be a sprinkler broken because water flows over the front sidewalk and algae is growing. Waste of water so needs to be repaired.

Location, safety, cleanliness, checkout time. However my favorite thing about our stay was the mattress. I have slipping rib syndrome and costochondritis. I typically wake up 5-6x per hour each night. This was the first time I slept through the night in 16 years. It was a wonderful gift. The staff was also great!

The prices were a bit steep...Portland has the most reasonably priced food and gifts. We didn't buy any gifts :(
