Breakfast buffet was good. Every employee greeted us. The night clerk was very helpful when we checked in explaining that we could use the incidental fee to purchase a few things from their pantry as we arrived rather late. The room was quiet and we both slept soundly. Hotel was close to highway but wasn't bothered by traffic noise. I appreciate that they have pump dispensers of shampoo and conditioner, noymt just little bottles, as we both have fairly long hair.

The only thing that could have been better was the juice with breakfast. It was a little watery and lacked flavor.

Great location. Staff was warm and friendly. Breakfast was phenomenally and I love that they offer a dinner. This makes traveling with a family a big win for me. Pool was bigger than most indoor pools hotels offer. Family had a great experience overall.

Parking situation is okay if you have a car. I was in a uhaul moving truck towing a trailer and learned the hard way that they did not have a drive through parking lot. You will need to park at the bandana's restaurant parking lot. I wish I knew this ahead of time so it would be good if they advertised this both on their listing and at the actual site/parking lot.

Very clean. My boyfriend and I enjoyed the complimentary breakfast and dinner as well as the drink vouchers at this Drury Inn location. It was right off the interstate and close to various restaurants and things to do in town.

My only complaint is that the pool/hot tub hours were the shortest I’ve ever seen at a hotel. I believe it was 9am-10pm. Usually I’ve seen pools/hot tubs open around 6/7am and at least stay open an hour later for adults only.

I loved the friendliness of the staff despite the hundreds of people coming in from the storm, when I asked a question during this rush it was as if I were the only customer. Very attentive and polite no matter the circumstances. I also enjoyed that the workers were obviously good friends and joking amongst themselves at the desk.

The dinner was a little salty and ran out in ten minutes, but it was free in a snow storm so I really can’t complain.

When I check in Connor was so nice and pleasant. I had to go back out to get my driver's license and he waited for me. My debit card would not work for him but it worked for me. The room was so clean and the beds was so comfortable. The food was great and love the selection.

The only thing that I wish they had was fresh tea. There was coffee available but not tea. Not everyone is a coffee person and I was told that there was tea bags but I didn't see it.

Wonderful setup and food was replenished quickly when/if items became low. Started on time and staff worked hard to make our breakfast a nice experience. I can only type so much stuff and the grading system thing for reviews length is not something I appreciate.

We look forward to our visits at the Drury Inn. We've wondered why there are no fans in the bathroom. To finish off the reviews length to get the awesome review written I am just typing to get the final..............................

It was very comfortable though I've had the same for less cost. The breakfast was excellent. They did provide a free happy hour of snack foods. Which we could not attend.

In general, the cost and the fact of having to agree to a $50 possible charge after check out. A security in case of damage. I understand that I chose to agree with base cost, but object that I now need to followup on the possible charge.

The staff was exceptionally helpful! I was traveling with an 8-week-old puppy I had just picked up in western Nebraska (as a new Search and Rescue candidate) and they could not have been more supportive or accommodating! The facilities were great and I would recommend this facility to anyone!

Can't think of anything I didn't like!

The room was clean and well appointed. The bathroom was spacious and clean. The flooring was comfortable and clean.

We travelled with pets and were on the opposite end from the dog area. There was also people letting their dogs off leash int he hallways - one was a dachsund mom. My big dog is afraid of little yappy dogs, and he spent the night in an amount of anxiety from hearing them near us.

Friendly staff, great amenities, clean facilities, great variety at breakfast bar, good location

Bathroom counter a few inches too high for my comfort (I'm 5'8" tall for reference); strangely angled bathtub painful to balance in on my weak ankles & feet (can't imagine how hard it would be for truly handicapped individuals); would've liked to have dimmer switch on bedside lamps -- those bulbs are super-bright!
