Clean, quiet and comfortable hotel right off of I-35 and adjacent to a Shell station. Fitness center was basic but had wipes, towels and the other necessities. Breakfast was delicious. Spacious room with chairs and wardrobe. Plenty of luggage carts.

Coffee, served from an automated machine in the lobby, was drinkable but could use an upgrade. The shower stool in my parents ADA room was treacherous and needs replacement. The baseboards in the fitness center could use a dusting. Minor complaints - would stay again.

The pool, hot tub and the staff especially on Monday morning were delightful. Having bacon for breakfast was a great surprise and nice variety of choices. Very close food choices, walking distance with gas as well. Right off of 36. I greatly appreciated the windshield cleaning brush, extremely thoughtful and helpful. Also the coffee station!

It had a lot of wear signs, rusty walls in the pool area, stains on the bedspread but it was clean just rough in places.

We liked the location except a little Highway 36 noise. Staff was nice and efficient. Room was set up nicely with a closet, desk, chair and table, small fridge, microwave, and coffee.

Some things could use some work. A/C unit was a little noisy. Door was hard to get to completely shut and shower was dripping. None of these things bothered us much but our room could use some maintenance. It was clean though.

Friendly staff at front desk and breakfast area. Decent sized room. Within walking distance to eating establishments. Comfortable bed and pillows. Good price for the room.

Little bit noisy with traffic on interstate. Carpet in the room needs to be replaced along with some pieces of the wooden furniture. Tub/shower was higher to step into than normal.

I actually live 18 miles away, however stayed here during the snowstorm, just to be close to work. Parking lot was cleaned to the best of their ability. Snowfall was outrageous 😳 Overall, all was perfect. Bed might have been alittle hard for my liking, but overall, it was perfect. Place was very very clean.

Staff was very pleasant and accommodating. Property was clean and easy access from highway. Short walking distance to 3 places to eat which saved on loading back up in the car to go eat.

Not that we didn't like...but had issues with the stool not flushing in our room...so hope that was fixed before the next quests. We did report it to staff.

Great put together rooms & location was easy to get to.

Understanding a remodel is nice but old smoking rooms that are now non-smoking rooms need more than just new remodel, cigarette smoke gets into everything so a non-smoker will obviously smell anything that absorbed the cigarette smoke in that room as if someone just smokes a cigarette in the room.

The room was close to the lobby as requested due to my walking disability; the room and bathroom were clean; the bed was so comfortable; the staff was friendly and helpful; the breakfast was delicious!

There is nothing we did not like!

Breakfast was simple but worth not going to spend money somewhere else. They had the basics of sausage, egg, french toast, waffles, cereal, toast/bagels, etc.

The pillows were very uncomfortable and small.

Breakfast was good, well stocked and hot. The location was easy to find. Staff was helpful. Plenty of towels. Rooms were clean.

The pool area needs work. There was rust on the vents ans wall below them. The roof section over the tube slide was extremely dusty. The jets in the hot tube did not seem to work properly
