Young gentleman at the front desk was very helpful in getting me a handicap room on the 1st floor, after booking.com reserved me a room on the 3rd floor. At 77, the thought of walking up/down with luggage and cooler was a no-go. I traveled 10 nights, the bed and pillow was the best! my most comfortable. The young man also suggested a wonderful place (not fast food) for dinner.

The exterior of the building put me off... I almost decided to go elsewhere. very outdated, unadorned, no plants, blah beige/tan, which led me to think the interior would be as worn and tired looking. I'm glad I was so tired from driving that I came in. I wondered how many others, perhaps with no reservations, thought the same and booked next door which looked much more inviting.

Very cool temp. rooms which was nice because it was hot that day. The room was clean and in good condition. Everything worked and we had everything we needed for our short stay. Overall it was a good experience regardless of my criticisms below.

The bathtub was very slippery taking a shower. I almost fell, because once I was soaped up the bottom of the tub became slippery. It would appear the bottom of the tub is or was coated with something that doesn't work. Room 110. Breakfast as a whole left a little to be desired. It met the minimum requirements for being called breakfast.

Convenient location. Staff were great. Water pressure & shower temp were great. Had refrigerator and microwave in room. Will stay here again!

Only things I can say negative was the lack of an elevator to 2nd floor (I'm sure they would have moved us to 1st floor if we needed to - just let them know in advance if you can't do stairs) and the temperature in the common areas/hallways was pretty warm. AC in room worked well though.

First, you have a breakfast that includes biscuits and gravy, hard-boiled eggs, muffins, coffee, etc. It is central to everything in Cameron. If you have family at the Veterans Home it's a 5 minute trip! The Cameron Market has great selections but in case you need something else, Walmart is next door to Super 8. You'll love staying here!

Room was large and well arranged, with a king bed, table, 2 chairs, plenty of outlets, microwave, fridge. Clean. Staff was very friendly and welcoming, available to answer any questions, made us feel right at home. Conveniently located right off the highway, perfect for a quick overnight stop. Buffet breakfast available from 6 - 9:30 am.

For the price, there's nothing to complain about!

literally, stopped here for sleeping. I didn't use anything else here. just a very sleepy traveler. arriving to this location the property seemed clean. they were currently working on the pool, so no swimming allowed. gotten to my room; the bed was comfortable, big king bed, clean, open floor plan feeling. I slept for about 18 hours. couldn't hear anyone next door. check out was fast and simple. loved how this location was soo close to the highway. and you didn't have to drive far to find it.

seemed like someone was training a new staff member at the front desk and i had to wait for the new person to be shown how to do everything. the process of check in with these 2 could have taken less time if the person training would have just let the new person watch instead of telling them step by step. and i was very tired from driving all day and yesterday.

Staff was very friendly and helpful, especially Brent, who provides the kind of customer service you rarely see anymore. The location has at least 2 rooms with 3 queen beds, which is a godsend when traveling with 3+ kids. Room was clean. Biscuits and gravy and a pancake machine for breakfast, plus cereal, yogurt, muffins, etc. Didn't use the pool or hot tub, but they were operational. Location had all I could ask for in a family friendly budget motel.

This was a very pleasant experience. The room was clean. It had a very comfortable king size bed. And it was quiet. The bathroom was equipped with a phone by the toilet and handrails and an optional seat for the tub. And I really appreciated the handheld shower head. The breakfast was great with homemade pancakes, bagels, chocolate muffins, yogurt, etc. etc. Good TV and WiFi.

There was nothing we didn’t like.

Touches that show Wyndham is serious about upgrading the image of Super 8, such as bed, flooring, bathroom fixtures, light-blocking curtains, etc. Enjoyed the guy at the desk.

Breakfast was a little sparse in choices, especially for those wishing to avoid sugar.

The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. I was very pleased with how nice the rooms were considering the cheap price. It was well worth it. The pool was open and my kids both swam. It was warm in there and they enjoyed themselves. The breakfast was great also with many options. I'd stay here again.
