From the moment we arrived we had a fantastic stay here at Stoney Creek. Our second time staying at this hotel. This hotel is spotless and well maintained. The staff are friendly and helpful. We stayed this trip to attend the football game at Missouri Western State University hosting the University of Central Oklahoma. The UCO football team also stayed here at Stoney Creek. I tip may hat to the coaching staff of this football team. All of the players were nice, polite and respectful. We had a great stay and look forward to our next visit.

The only thing I can say, I did not like, was the pool heater wasn't working. The indoor/outdoor pool was still open and operational. The pool water was just a bit too chili to enjoy. The hot tub was operational and felt great.

I've stayed at this location multiple times. Price is reasonable, rooms are good size, always clean and comfortable beds. There is a bar with a bartender in the evenings. The staff is always friendly. The property has a cabin type field to it. There's lots of opportunities for pictures, especially if you have little ones. Breakfast is typical Continental, but there's always a variety.

There's not much to dislike. It is a older hotel . The TVs are not set up to stream off of and they don't work with a plug-in streaming device either. Not a huge deal would not stop me from staying there again.

Really like staying here the staff is great. The room is nice but could have been a little cleaner like walls in bathroom, under the bed,and edges of room. The pool area is very nice. The ponds and land scape and sitting area are relaxing but did not like the trash in the ponds,and the view behind all that meaning the other hotel. A privacy fence would be a well deserved addition for all the guest staying at stoney creek and would be a little add security feeling. That being said I will definitely stay there again. Thank you

The rustic look. Great breakfast. Love the pool area. Hot was wonderful. Rooms were nice. Texas were nice. Very clean.

When I booked the room there was not an option for AARP. When we got to hotel and asked we were told that has to be done when booking. Do need some updates. Ceiling in our room has red stains. Wall paper coming off in places through out the hotel. Need maintenance person at night. Our stool was clogged and the desk person gave us a plunger but said it was not his job and the maintenance person was gone.

It's a very pretty, faux-lodge look. Cozy and inviting. Nice lounge areas with fireplaces. The guy working the little bar/resto was very sweet and helpful. It's a limited menu of wings and fried stuff. The breakfast was great, with more healthy options than usual.

An additional charge for a pet is excessive. As a landlord, I understand the property needs to protect itself from potential damage. But a deposit policy makes more sense. I'm just not going to stay at places anymore that levy an additional fee. That's profit-friendly, not pet-friendly.

Nice decor of a log cabin, western style. Very clean , very helpful staff and friendly.

Well, at 0230, after getting up to use the bathroom, the toilet kept running. Got my husband up to check it out. No go! Then I saw it was leaking all over the bathroom floor. So we turn the water to the toilet off. Use the ice bucket to flush the toilet till breakfast. Told front b4 breakfast and told them it would be a big repair. And we would be leaving shortly. After breakfast, I asked for a discount, and they wrote the 40dollar taxes off !! I guess that's all it was worth????

It was such an amazing and beautiful place. The king size bed was so very comfortable and there was a good variety of breakfast food

That there were no vending machines and the fact that even tho it is posted by the hot tub that no one under the age of 14 , this was not enforced when a staff member clearly saw that there were under age kids in the hott tub. I know kids want to have fun, no problem, but when I am in the hot tub, I want to relax and not get splashed

I loved everything except what is written below. The detail to the decor, chief's decorations, and coziness of the facility were spot on. We loved the pool but unfortunately didn't get to use it due to all of the guests and there families already there and it was too full. This is no fault of anyone, just busy but it was charming!

The only thing that was upsetting is we were told many times that breakfast was at 730am. The sign on the door said 7 but we were still told 730. We had to leave at 730 and went by the dining room at 7 and it was full of guests already eating. I know this sounds petty but it is an amenity I paid for.

The breakfast was all we could ask for. The desk clerk reassured my husband that he could fill up his thermal coffee cup! The hotel checked all the boxes, even having the room cooled when we got there, and quiet, efficient AC…not something a lot of hotels are willing to invest in. Also noteworthy, the cleanliness and quietness of the whole place. Will stop again.

The cranberry juice for breakfast was a little weak, but the fact they even offered it was nice.

Beds are always comfortable and outside noise is very minimal

I have stayed at Stoney Creek many many times and always great service. This time the man at the front desk was incredibly rude and barely spoke. Tossed my room key to me and never said what room or where. I had my spouse this time who is from Venezuela and the racism given at the front desk was very real and very in my face. Very upset about this
