I loved how accommodating all of the staff members were. I live here in Leavenworth and had work done to my home. Every day, I would extend my stay, and they were very kind about moving me around for my extended stay. I'm so happy that they allowed my kitty to stay. The breakfast had a huge variety! Of course, I had coffee 24/7! Always had coffee ready and waiting. If I have family that comes here or I need more work done, this will definitely be my go-to place! (Great location as well!)

Clean and quiet; the staff was pleasant and accommodating. Booking.com was able to save me about $100 on an overnight stay. Thankfully when we arrived there stood a welcoming young man that answered all of my questions about local restaurants and movies, and there are 2 cinemas within walking distance.

Initially we called the hotel directly and the woman that we spoke with was not the most cordial, which lead us to searh online.

The staff is very friendly and helpful. Continental breakfast is good.

The toilet had not been flushed when we first arrived - someone had used it prior to us accessing the room. The shower gel container was about empty before we accessed our room, so not completely restocked. Other than that, the room was fine and appeared clean (sometimes those little things make it suspect as to how thoroughly the room was cleaned prior to our arrival).

We have stayed at this location a couple times and each time it never disappoints! The staff is awesome and always ready to help. The accommodations are always clean and comfy.

Comforters too heavy for me personally. Team baseball players terrorize the pool area, so the pool was not really an option when they are there. This happens everywhere there are traveling sports teams staying.

staff rose, lisa, judieth, tyler were all excellent a big bravo zulu to the staff, even if IHOP was close by there breakfast was excellent.

maybe a guide on what channels are available instead of just scrolling thru all the channels.

The room was large and very clean, and even the shower was immaculate. The staff was friendly and efficient.

My only complaint was breakfast. I would have liked to have had a sausage or bacon choice. The food was very good and the staff kept it fresh and full.

The people at the desk were very nice and helpful. The room was very clean and spacious. I really appreciate the special ADA handles in the room.

I wish there had been a way to hang my clothes so they wouldn't get wrinkled.

Staff - were second to none. They were all very kind and very professional. It’s quite evident that they go above and beyond to make the hotel inviting and comfortable. Very clean rooms and common areas. Quiet. The complimentary breakfast was very good - well maintained and clean.

We liked everything about this hotel.
