Swimming pool fantastic. Rooms very nice and clean. Cleaning service excellent. We were in the new part. Very quiet and comfortable.

We had a brilliant stay at Santa Maria Resort. The hotel is absolutely stunning, surrounded by nature and so peaceful, it's a true escape. The grounds are beautifully maintained, and everything is designed with relaxation in mind. Oh, and the pool is just gorgeous. The staff were all incredibly friendly and helpful, which made the stay even more enjoyable. We loved the calm atmosphere and felt really looked after during our time there. The location is in a gorgeous area and ideal if you enjoy walking or want to be immersed in nature.

My partner and I enjoy walking, so we didn’t mind the distance, but for those reading who don't, it’s about a 30-minute walk to Orosei town and around 45 minutes to the closest beach. The hotel is definitely better suited to guests with a car. Taxis in the area are very expensive, and Ubers are rare to nonexistent. If we returned, we’d definitely rent a car for the freedom to explore more easily. Overall, we had a wonderful time and would happily return. Highly recommend this resort for anyone looking for a quiet, nature-filled getaway, just consider transport options in advance!

Everything. Exceptional staff, caring, helpfull, informative, always polite and super friendly. The cleaning was so good, t was like entering a new room everyday. The pool area very well kept and maintained, super relax, no noise, calm. The breakfast is also nice, fruit, coffee, juices, italian cakes, and the things that usually north europeans like, sausages, bacon...etc. The decoration and the area are beautiful, rustic style village, in a circle area, like grandmas countryside house, the smell of jasmine from the garden, the metal sculptures in the garden, all the flowers, grass well maintained, the room with wood ceiling, classic doors, old style wardrobe, desk... The only thing is the wifi doesnt work properly.

We loved the resort itself, the rooms (or little houses) were absolutely adorable, the surroundings of the resort was beautiful and we enjoyed the pool very much! The staff was very friendly and helpful and everyone was speaking english as well.

Sometimes the electricity and water went off for a little while. Also there are two roads leading to the resort and navigation may lead you to the wrong path through the field which is hard to navigate with smaller car. Just take the main driveway and you will find the resort on the left on the route from Orosei.

Breakfast was excellent and the staff - bar, reception, cleaning - were excellent. The room was also good with a great bathroom.

The bar is overpriced, and is consequently rarely used. Lowering their prices to that of an average bar would have significantly increased how much we used this service. Being asked to pay for parking as an extra is extremely cheeky. This needs including in the advertised price.

Bungalow like rooms interspersed around well maintained gardens of hotel compound. Rustic furnishings, and artwork. Large pool area and dining area for clients. Good breakfast. Ample parking. Peaceful and quiet countryside environment.

20 minute walk to periphery of Orosei town through dark country lanes at night time.

Amazing location, resort is in the middle of nature, 5 min by car to the lovely beaches, and small City Orosei, with lovely restaurants. I reccomend restaurant Da Simone. Amazing food, Great prices. Value for money. Everyday fresh towels and room :). Well done to cleaning staff👍.

Resort have new part, which is not mentioned on booking com and No pictures. New part have amazing new pool, and brand new rooms, which should be that mention. I booked hotel with exactly rooms which I seen on booking come, and Is not nice to during arriving get another option. Parking is said, you have to pay €8 per day, but if you stay in new area, parking is for free. No kettle and bin at the rooms. Without car, is no option to stay there. At the pool in old part of resort you can find super overpriced bar. Staff looks like have no energy, but answered for all questions. Breakfast for €15 per person I will say 8/10.

Very close to town and beaches, nice pool with chairs and umbrellas, clean, AC worked well, staff were nice!

The room was very clean, clean towels every day, good WiFi, great swimmingpool. Our room was in the New part of the Resort and that was awsome because it was very quiet, we had almost private swimmingpool. Location is great, Everything is close, but you are not in the crowd.

Hospitality can be better.

The location and very friendly staff. The resort is set in a valley surrounded by hills and lovely trees and flowers.
