Very comfortable bed, and small but nice shower.

The motel was advertised as offering a pool and hot tub, but in fact, guests were blocked from both.

We appreciated the warm reception upon arrival. All of our booking arrangements were smooth upon check-in and we were immediately satisfied with the room that we had reserved. Spacious and well kept. Our stay was for one night during late July 2024 and were surprised that it wasn't crowded since it was the midst of summer season and school vacation. The outer courtyard was HUGE and the random hammocks and large trees made it very tranquil. The buffet continental breakfast can be deemed as satisfactory and would be considered typical for a modest establishment.

The mini refrigerator wasn't working and we told the front desk immediately. However, we weren't going to use it and it wasn't an issue. They said that they will switch it with a working one, but we declined and told them they could do it after our check out. The pool was out of service due to maintenance, but we weren't going to use that either. They only discouragement was the shower tray wasn't high enough to retain much of the water backsplash, thus having the catch towel/floor mat on the floor to dampen quickly. Perhaps longer shower curtains would be an easy quick fix.

-Very low water pressure from shower (the lowest I ever been to maybe) -no blanket ( it’s winter ,they could at least provided a comforter I was freezing and we got in late and was told room service ends 11pm) ,we got provided very thin sheets and note there is a little breeze from outside going into the room -not the most space but good enough

A very quaint and relaxing setting. I enjoyed the park-like view from my room. The lawn and trees were well taken care of. I loved the fragrance of the jasmine bush. All staff were very friendly and helpful.

Needed a little more option for breakfast, however stores and shops were nearby. The bed only had the mattress on a wood platform so by the 2nd night my back was hurting.

The staff member was at night when we checked in. The keys were not working correctly twice, and while the issue was the keys, the stuff made us move to another room where it was not what we booked, and when we tried different keys after I requested, the keys were able to work well. The staff member was rude after asking to please magnetize the keys correctly since we knew that was the issue.

The area was very nice and comfortable. Did not feel like a hotel.

The jacuzzi was broken for some time. It was green with growing algae. The fire pits had no propane, so you couldn't use them. It was a busy weekend due to Nascar and these amenities were not available. They should have been ready for this weekend.

Beautiful courtyard area, wish we stayed long enough to enjoy it more. Easy to get around if you are older since all rooms are single story and love that they accept pets, which is often hard to find.

We asked for an extra blanket that never showed up, and in room coffee was not replenished the 2nd day we stayed, but I'd still stay here again. Also the jacuzzi wasn't open /working so that was disappointing.

Our first night we had some issues, but I must say that the manager more than made up for the problems. I read that this hotel was old and it is but old is not always bad. I think this place is charming. It’s in a wooded like setting, and the rooms are comfortable and very very clean. The TVs were huge and the dish network set up they had was fantastic. Lots of free movies to choose from. I would happily stay at this place again.

This little historic motel was a real surprise. From the outside, especially when you park next to your door, it does not look like much, even perhaps a bit run down. However, the rooms do not face the parking lot, the rooms face a gorgeous courtyard! Even more beautiful at night. With some huge trees planted in the 40's when the place was originally built. This Inn has been recently renovated, is very clean, comfortable, and staff was friendly. The courtyard is like an oasis. Tree swings and a hammock to relax in, a nice pool, and some yard games are set up to play. The grounds are covered in great looking AstroTurf. I would definitely stay here again.

The bathroom was a little small, but not surprising, the structure was built originally in the 40's. It's a little hard to find a night, but just follow your GPS.

Love the modern style and abundant amenities. Breakfast exceeded expectations. TV was HUGE. Parking was easy and convenient. Room was huge and super cute. Grounds were beautifully manicured.

The neighborhood is iffy at best, but didn’t affect our stay at all. Walls were kind of thin. The pictures of the restaurant and bar are very misleading since it doesn’t exist anymore and that was a big part of why I booked it in the first place. Everything ended up being even better than we thought but please take down the restaurant pics.
