We liked being able to switch our room to the side of the hotel that is away from freeway noise, where it was VERY quiet. The bed was large and exceptionally comfortable. We sat comfortably on the little sofa quite often and liked the size of the room. Although this was the most expensive place we've stayed in the Petaluma area (we go there often), it was also the best. Free parking is wonderful.

We didn't like the way the heavy bathroom door swung closed by itself all the time. We especially like to leave doors ajar in the middle of the night so we can easily find our way around in the dark. We would also prefer a shower with a door that closes rather than a part-way glass panel (which would keep in the heat). And we think washcloths should be provided automatically, not by special request. The location was a little hard to find, but once we knew the way, it was ok. I never found a room safe -- none was advertised. In rooms of this quality, we expect to find a safe.

Rooms were extremely clean.

We had two rooms under our reservation that were to be adjoining. I had put in a request for that and we had received an email back confirming that our rooms would be adjoining. Upon checking in they had given one of the rooms away and we were no longer next to each other. When I showed the woman at the front desk the confirmation email about the rooms being reserved as requested she just shrugged her shoulders and said “Okay - well I’m sorry”. Rm 423 also had very little water pressure in the shower.

The staff was lovely, housekeepers included! There was free laundry services and it was very clean there. The pool was also heated so you could use it at any time! The hotel was also located in a great spot

I wish they had more than just a couple expensive Starbucks options for breakfast. Continental would've been cool, even if you had to pay a bit for it. Also, our first bed was very hard. I don't think I had any other major gripes, though!

It was a bit too expensive for one night. Should offer continental breakfast. Would have liked to have had a bathtub. Starbucks staff not very friendly.

The room was bright and cheery and the bed was great. The room was spacious and modern and very comfortable.

The Internet was spotty and there was almost no hot water.

I should be expecting my pay check any day ! Had to take the pool net to skim the leafs out of the Hot tub. Then after doing so the hot tub never even heated up .

The place was very clean and everyone very friendly. The bed in our room was outstanding. So comfy. The room set up was very inviting. The bathroom was gorgeous. Very nice. Everything in the room had a place and it was put there.

The area around the property was very dismal. There were lots of homeless people laying on the sidewalk and I didn't feel safe to go out to my car int he evening. My husband didn't feel safe enough to let me go swimming after dark because of all the homeless roaming around. There was a stain on the ottoman in my room and one of the covers on the ceiling was coming loose.

Excellent hotel property and facility is kept clean and very accessible.Plenty of parking and location is close to freeway and restaurants.

Only problem is around the corner there a Re homeless encampments that you need to drive by and didn’t feel safe with spouse and child traveling with me.

The location was very convenient. Plenty of parking and parking lit was well lighted. Roo.s were large and clean! Very friendly staff!

It would have been nice to have .ore breakfast options

The rooms were comfortably designed and versatile for any trip.

The bathroom door opened out and closed on its own. No big deal, but it's literally the only thing we didnt like
