When we first arrived from airport, our room wasn't ready but the lady (I honestly can't remember her name now), but she recommended a restaurant and told us our room would be ready when we returned. It was ready when returned and because we were there for our mom's 70th Birthday she gave her a complimentary bottle of wine. The breakfast every morning was amazing! I understand being short staffing but this staff was amazing and it was worth the stay. We came from VA to CA and will return again to your facility.

The room was big with lots of counter and shelf space. We could fit all four of our suitcases on the counter, which made it super easy to access things. We didn’t use the kitchen much but it was nice to have the microwave, dishwasher, and refrigerator. My kids enjoyed the pool and hot tub. The breakfast was a bit better than the average hotel breakfast. The beds were comfortable and the shades block sunlight completely even on the edges.

The room could use more lighting. This is a complaint I have about most hotel rooms. I would also prefer daily room cleanings instead of every other day.

Car charging stations!!!! More room for families with adult children. All beds were comfy. The room was clean. Hot tub and pool was great .

Husband complained about breakfast. He said it could be better. I thought it was fine, and so did vegetarian daughter. Hilton had me down with two reservations. I had to call Booking who straightened it out right away and helped with the cancellation Hilton had missed. Staff at the hotel was very nice and took care of everything , but wanted to use the earlier reservation that I had made (and canceled because it was much more expensive).

My whole overall experience with this hotel was amazing. There was one hiccup at the beginning where I booked and I received a confirmation email but it did not show up in the Hilton system but the people at the front desk were extremely helpful and were able to book us a room and were extremely considerate of having a young child with us that they booked us in a quiet floor. I will definitely stay here again but book through Hilton to avoid not having our reservation in their system. Our room looked over the pool, we had a kitchen as well! Super awesome.

Great location, near freeway and a very short drive to downtown. Staff was great at sharing what to do in the area. Great breakfast options.

We were on the third floor, so there were guests above our room. Two nights from 7:30 till about midnight, whoever was above us was stomping from one side of the room to the other. This went on nonstop. We were trying to go to sleep, but couldn’t because of the noise. I called front desk to see if they could help. I don’t think they did anything, or the guest didn’t care because it kept going and started again at 6:30 AM. It was difficult to sleep.

Clean Property with Great Breakfast, But Consider Room LocationI recently stayed at the Hotel with my family, including our son. The property impressed us with its cleanliness and delicious breakfast options. However, we were initially assigned a room facing the highway, which led to disturbances in the evening. Nevertheless, the staff made commendable efforts to rectify the situation in the morning. Their assistance was truly incredible, and they went above and beyond to provide a solution. Overall, the property maintains high standards of cleanliness and service. However, if you're traveling with a baby, it's advisable to request a room away from the highway to ensure a good night's sleep.

Close to freeway, pool, family friendly rooms, good breakfast selection. It was nice to have night stands with lamps and charging ports on both sides of the bed. The tv had Netflix that you could sign into for your own account.

The rooms could be more soundproof. We could hear the kids in the pool pretty loudly from inside our room with windows closed but we did have a room that faced the pool. Just hard for an 8 pm bedtime for our kiddo. And we could hear music all night coming from another room. So a sound machine helped some with that.

The hotel is new, clean and with a full range of amenities. My room was quite spacious, bed comfortable, good WiFi and a well equipped kitchenette. The window opened a crack, allowing some fresh air in the room. Breakfast was fine and there was half and half for the coffee.

A couple of minor items: There is a permanent fan running the bathroom and main room—not too noisy but still not my favorite background. The carpets were off-gassing with a new carpet smell. There was a ‘message’ light flashing on the in-room phone and when I called the desk the clerk said he didn’t know anything about it and wasn’t much concerned, so I had to cover it with a curtain so it didn’t flash at me all night. The front desk should know how to turn off such a light.

We got in kind of late in the evening and the two gentlemen at the front desk were super friendly and got us checked in quickly. We went out for the evening and when we got back around 11 pm, the doors to the lobby were locked which was unexpected. We saw the sign to use our key card so it wasn't a big deal but a heads up that the doors get locked would have been cool just so we weren't caught off guard, although we really liked the safety feature, especially considering we were on the first floor. Overall the room was really clean and comfortable, having a mini kitchen was nice too since we were able to make hot tea the next morning while still in our jammies. The bed itself was comfy but the pillows were a little thin and were hard to get fluffed up enough to feel like we had good head support. But literally, that's the only thing I could complain about if I had to choose something. We would definitely stay here again.

That we were lazy and didn't get going fast enough to try the continental breakfast, it looked good.

Everything really. The room was very comfortable. It had everything that we could have possibly needed. It was very clean. The location was very convenient for us. We had come to town to go to the Lagunitas brewery and it was right down the street. The next day we were heading to Sonoma Plaza and it wasn't too far to get there. The staff was available and ready to assist with anything that we asked for. The fire pits and grills were a nice touch but we didn't get to enjoy them this time. My husband and I loved this place and we would stay here or at another Home2 Suites in a heart beat. Oh, and we also took advantage of the laundry facilities there in the building that were available for a charge.

Only very minor things. No view, but that was expected. I think that there were rooms with nicer views, but we didn't pay the extra to get one since we knew that we would be arriving after dark and leaving fairly early in the morning. The waffle maker at breakfast could have used some instructions. We had to learn through another guest how to operate it and there were others that didn't know as well so we had to share the info with them.
