The property and rooms are real nice and comfortable and the staff are amazing! We appreciated the we received housekeeping service every day, we know a lot of hotels no longer do that, but this one does. We were in the room twice when housekeeping came and thenladies were wonderful. Love all you need to do is text any concerns, etc. to a number and they respond in a timely manner.

We only had one concern in our room, power kept going out but it only affected the TV, bathroom lights, entrance light and ac/heater unit. It was never out for long, but on our final day it happened a lot. Since we were out of the room for the most part while we were there, I don't know how often it would have happened those days. I did notify the staff and someone came to the room to see what was going on.

Clean and in a good part of Rohnert Park for our needs. Had good service with needing some important papers printed up.

Our main complaint was that they did not serve breakfast on mon, tues, wed, or thursday mornings. We were told when we checked in that it is only served on sat and Sunday. This was a surprise. We paid an outside restaurant for breakfast, which cost approx $40 per day for us as a couple and another $20 for our son for one morning. Small trash cans in bathroom. Had to ask for room service to clean up. Yes there was a sign to say room service wouldn't come but every 3 days, unless we asked. Did ask for more towels but these were eft on floor outside of room. Brand new shower leaked a lot on the floor.

The check-in process was very simple with a great welcoming staff. The room was very clean with helpful details.

We were missing a couple of in room items when we first got to the room. A call to the front desk quickly resolved those. However the phone had a red light blinking that they were unable to disable and one of the roll down blinds was broken. The staff did not offer alternative or adjustment for those concerns.

I appreciate the cleanliness of the facility in general.

The hot tub/spa seems to need cleaning or resurfacing - it has white spots and some discoloration that might be dirt - very different from our previous stays. The first floor button in one of the elevators requires a real hard push to activate - had to have my husband do it. Also, in the same elevator, the floor arrival bell is very loud - is it possible to reduce the volume. Did not have either problem with the other elevators.

The staff were just great! Nothing was too much trouble for them - all those we encountered went out of their way to assist us with whatever we needed - just cannot commend them highly enough! Loved the excellent design of the hotel and all the amenities, pool, gym, fire pits etc. Large, extremely comfortable and quiet room for 4 of us with a lovely big bathroom too - loved the hotel!

Lower lighting around the bar and sitting area in the evening would have greatly enhanced our experience when we arrived back at the hotel after dinner in Healdsburg. it was extremely bright for a Saturday night! Also better music could have been chosen to be played played in common areas on a Saturday night and during the day on Sunday. It wasn’t exactly conducive to a calm and relaxing experience - which was a real shame as everything else seemed to be so well thought out. However this is a fairly minor quibble as we would all highly recommend the hotel and would have no hesitation staying again.

The location was great, especially if you are familiar with Napa/Sonoma, easy drive through Santa Rosa to get to Napa. Easy drive to the airport. The rooms were huge ! And beds are nice and comfortable. Everything was very new and sparkling clean. The lobby area and all facilities are modern, chic and in excellent condition. Bathrooms are large, lots of towels available. Staff is okay. Lots of fast food and grocery options around.

I extended my stay and had to give an additional security deposit, which was an inconvenience. Also house keeping only discarded my trash. If housekeeping is going to come in, it’s always nice for a guest to return to a bed that is made up after a long day! Could use a more substantial amenity kit in the bathrooms.

Location was great for our trip. Room was clean and comfortable. Quiet area, alot of places to in the area.

Didnt have a place to put clothes; only a closet. Not many hangers. Surprised about the parking fee.

I understand it, but they do not provide room service every day, something to get used to. However if we needed anything done, or restock, they accommodated with a smile.

Staff got me a lite sleeper room on the 4th floor as I am extremely sound sensitive. Lots of points for that assist. Bed very comfortable. No squeaks or rattles thank goodness. Loved the sofa/TV mini-suite between the hall and the bed. Helped with sound control. Classy design of the hotel was fun. Not cheap though. Tasty dinner in stylish lobby cafe.. Great waiter. Fun to watch Warriors bball while dining. Reasonable prices.

Nothing major except really did not like the bathroom "barn" doors. Too big. Unwieldy. Bathroom lacked privacy tho facilities inside were excellent. Need low-wattage night light so don't have to leave main lights on for direction and safety.

The interior lobby is gorgeous, the rooms spacious and clean. Everything was very nice. The only complaint is the breakfast offerings…very expensive! why not offer continental breakfast? The extra charge for breakfast is rediculous.
