Staff was EXCELLENT - helpful and accommodating. Room was VERY clean and comfortable. Parking was easy.

The first room I was given had poor wifi access. Staff were very helpful and moved me to another room that had better connection. *Owners of this hotel* - please invest in better wifi. For $230 per night, I expect great wifi connection especially when I’m traveling for work. This is also gives your staff an unnecessary issue to have to deal with that is out of their control. Just do better and just make sure all your rooms have wifi connection is it really that difficult. You’re lucky your staff is so great and there was another room available or else I’d be a very unhappy customer.

At 1:15am, the constant alarm beeping noise woke us up and we were told to go to the front yard, later the firemen from the fire truck told us it was a false alarm! The whole night was ruined! Very annoying but safety was the main concern! Still annoyed!

Very relaxed environment, quiet with excellent amenities. Plenty of indoor and outdoor spaces to lounge. Excellent location.

The only feedback I would give is $4 for a small bottle of water (16oz/500ml) in the lobby snack area is excessive. Many hotels offer 2 bottles for free or $2 at most .

Cleanliness and courtesy of the staff. Location is excellent. Starbucks in the lobby is brilliant. The bed was comfortable. Easy access to plugs for devices

Excellent location. Clean and comfortable. There is a sliding door between the bedroom and the bathroom/entry which made it a very quiet stay.

The bed was too soft for my liking.

I liked the facility and also the bistro where I had dinner on my first night.

One of the elevators wasnt operating on the first day I arrived and the wait times for the elevator were exceptionally long

everything as far as room was concerned was very nice and what is expected from a Marriott - the staff were very nice and helpful

the heating on the outdoor pool was broken down - i like to swim at least once a day and it was just too cold - if i would have known when booking that would not be possible, i would have chosen another hotel, in spite of generally finding Marriott hotels great

WHEN I CAME DOWN TO GET BREAKFAST IT WAS NO LONGER AVAILABLE I WENT DOWN AT 10 AM IF I KNOW THE TIME I WOULD HAVE CAME DOWN SOONER

Tess was so welcoming when we checked in. We were impressed with how she was able to inform us of the parking and amenities at the hotel while completing our check in.

Very clean and convenient from my family house within walking distance.

The parking lots was a little confusing. But, I managed to find my way around lol.
