on the website it shows free breakfast and it doesn’t even come with it! when someone helped me check in he wasn’t nice or didn’t help me right away. the other person who was there didn’t even bother to even tell me will be right with you. Other then that i would give my stay a 8 out of 10

The man that checked us in was very nice. The room was clean and the location was affordable and quiet. The area was great, lots of restaurants and stores. The bed was comfortable; nice fluffy pillows. Housekeeping did a great job preparing our room.

There were several flies in our room upon arrival, however it smelled and looked very clean, there was no map in the room showing the layout of the hotel or where the ice machine or other areas of the hotel were located. The shower in our room could use an update. The shower floor was missing paint and was cracked, but it was clean and had good water pressure.

Advertise breakfast on booking.com so included in price but when I asked they don't do breakfast anymore so I complained and got $20 of bill. So either they stop advertising breakfast or complain and you'll get $20 off.

Staff, fridge in room. New TV with wrong remote but staff didn't take long to correct once I made them aware of situation.

I told them I would pay cash for a 100. Dop, I could get it back the day I left , but they took it from my card anyway . Now my bank holds the return for 30 days .

The location was great and easy to get to. Plus it's a slight bonus for being next to a convient store across the street. And the rooms are very well maintained and clean.

The room that I was assigned and it having ants crawling in the first room that we had gotten but asked nicely if we could switch to another room and it worked out just fine for us.
