The room was clean even though it was showing wear. I asked for a room on the top floor away from the elevators, I received what I asked for, and the room was pleasantly quiet all night. I do run the fan in my hotel room wherever I go for white noise. The included breakfast buffet between 6am and 9am offered a nice selection including, but not limited to: biscuits and gravy, scrambled and hard boiled eggs, different breakfast breads, waffles, oatmeal, fruit, and juice. The supply was consistently refreshed. Also, I noted the front desk working with maintenance personnel to fix room issues brought to their attention by guests.

The room I was in is showing wear, but with the lower price point, this is expected. The room was clean. I talked to the front desk about any concerns or questions I had. That was good enough.

Location & breakfast we're both great

My husband & I travel back & forth cross country a few times each year & have memberships in your Hotel. We are usually offered waters & sometimes snacks. I asked about water & was offered 1, but the friend I was checking in with was not given 1..I felt that was a bit rude & cheap. Not very customer friendly & doesn't rate as Excellent service. A small thing, I know, but sometimes it's the small things people remember

The breakfast was very satisfactory but we especially liked the hotel room it was very spacious and clean. This hotel has EV chargers which was the crown jewel for us as we were able to re-charge our vehicle during our stay with no worries about our whereabouts. I will recommend Hampton Inn to others and seek them out for future getaways!

The breakfast hours were to early on the weekends.

It was very clean, I like to having all the room access inside a secured area. It felt safe traveling alone

There were surprise fees. I don't know if that was from booking.com or from the hotel itself. But I had a surprise pet fee of $60 plus a $5 parking fee, I don't feel like the parking lot warranted the safety of a parking fee, and there was a $15 miscellaneous fee that I have no idea what that was for. I feel like paying for a room should cover everything

Breakfast ends at 9 AM which is too early. $7.00 fee for parking in a business strip area, loud neighbors in next room

The king size bed was comfy, the pillows too. The chair and side table in room was so cute. Good tv channel selection of tv programs and streaming. Roomy bathroom and shower. Everything was clean. Oh and the complimentary cookies. Plus it was cool to get a carnation on Mother’s Day, thank you again!

In room coffee. Not enough cups. We were disappointed with the breakfast unfortunately. The coffee was good though.

Room was spacious, especially the shower. Room/Bathroom must be newly renovated. Breakfast has good, also warm options, waffle maker etc. Gym is cool for a quick workout. you can also watch F1 on the tv

The extra 5$ parking fee per day for hotel guests is not reasonable in our opinion. Also the single-use dishes for the breakfast are not sustainable and we don’t understand why a hotel like this does this.

Better than expected breakfast for the reasonable room rates. Love the breakfast room. Sunny, light and attractive, clean, well laid out!

Probably only negative was the freeway traffic. Not a lot can be done about that. ( Thicker glass in the windows?) Otherwise, we loved it. We felt safe. Very clean, friendly, comfortable.❤️

The staff- Taliah, Jennifer and Ton were all very helpful, friendly and professional. Their service was excellent! Thank you very much! The rooms are big!

The front door wasn't functioning with the use of our key card when we got home late from a show. we had to wait a while until someone came to open it for us.

Hotel was clean, updated, modern and welcoming. Staff were very nice. Loved the bathroom. Afternoon warm cookies were a nice touch. Liked the streaming tv options and the quiet AC.

They need to upgrade the mattresses and the linens. Bed was hard and sheets not very soft.
