I loved the comfortable pillows and bed linens. I also liked their choice of breakfast bar foods to choose from. It's not overdoing it, it was just the right amounts and selections to where u weren't overfed, it was just the right amount. Options incl: eggs,sausage,cold/hot cereal, toast, fruit/yogurt or the traditional pancakes. With cups of OJ or apple juice.

I didn't like how there was not a working phone in the room. To call out or even reach the desk if we needed. That was a hassle cuz if we did need to reach them I either had to go downstairs myself or call from my cellphone to the main lobby:/ not convenient

I like the location because,is the Mexican store and restaurants very close to the Hotel ,Can walk ,don't need a car .

The Asian girl work at the front desk is very rude ,sure fire her. Not good costumer service. I asked when I made a reservation that I want a room in the front and I had the opposite. The cleaning women's started screaming in Spanish since 8 am till noon time ,Can not sleep well. Nock on my door where said Don't disturb. Need to hire new employees. Is a Spanish girl at the front desk ,very educated,I think she is Spanish,tall girl . The rest cero starts.

The room itself was very clean and in good shape. I had 3 good night sleeps as well as showers. The ironing board and iron were in good shape and worked well. The breakfast was basic but quality.

The location isn't great. It's bordered by an abandoned building and a storage yard or trailer park on 2 sides. There were homeless people loitering in the parking lot and walking the street nearby. There were no hangars in the room and the staff was pretty stressed trying to handle security, check-in/out, and meals.

I was very impressed with the continental breakfast. There was much more than I expected, and it was quite delicious. Our room was comfortable clean. I really liked the pressure in the shower and the fact there were shampoo and conditioner dispensers in the shower as well.

While I enjoyed the room, I didn't like the spider that was in my bed crawling over me.

The Quality Inn on Santa Rosa Street is conveniently located and the rooms are large and quiet. The full breakfast was included. It included waffles, fresh fruit, yogurt and cereal. The price was a bargain and there is plenty of parking.

The hallway security door on the west end of the building did not close and lock securely when the wind was blowing. This was concerning to us. Also, we could smell someone had been smoking marrigiwanna in the building near our room. Management should make no smoking signs more visible and remind guests that there is no smoking (cigarettes, cigars, or marrigiwanna) allowed in the buildings.

Our overall experience would have been greatly enhanced had the occupants residing above us refrained from generating excessive noise until 4 AM over the course of the two nights we stayed.

The location was easy to find. The staff was very friendly and helpful, and the room was clean.

Everyone working at the hotel are really friendly and nice which made the whole stay enjoyable. I love the rooms because it has everything you need in it. From fridges to microwaves etc.

Breakfast could be a bit better. Not enough table and seats for people to enjoy breakfast

The room was clean and comfortable. The AC unit worked well and the beds were clean. Breakfast was better than I anticipated. I had freshly made waffles, eggs and sausage. The coffee came out refilled with a fresh brew. It was a nice start to my busy day.

The people above my room were very noisy. It sounded like they were fighting which made me feel unsafe.

The room was clean ,the coffee in the lobby was always there and hot,,,microwave clean, the heater worked well and was quiet..the breakfast was great..,,the staff were nice, nice place ,and quiet..

The online price in a 2 day advance reservation should be a lot cheaper...Santa Rosa's tax is outrageous..

The breakfast was good!

The first night I couldn’t get any sleep because of a noisy neighbor up all night loud music!! When I calll the girl at the desk told him to turn down the music he did, but he still was noisy most of the night! Other than that, the stay was fine!
