Best location for travel to Memorial Hospital. Also, hotel is in the city but in a private location. Room renovations; excellent upgrades throughout.

Floor was dirty. I needed to wear socks while in the room and even they got very dirty. Old dresser's drawer kept sliding out. Previous guest had stuffed empty coffee packaging under front legs to help level it. Bath sink drained very slowly. "Kitchenette" outlet didn't work so I made coffee on the floor nearby.

Owners were extremely accomodating when I asked for an extension on my checkout time. Beds were very comfortable and room was clean and quiet.

Furniture was pretty old and worn. Also need an extra Privacy blind on the windows, there is only curtains and you could see through the cracks.

Very comfortable room.

No housekeeping for a 5 night stay. We had to chase down a housekeeper to get clean towels and have trash removed. Lighting near bathroom sink needs improvement. Some furniture old and dirty (chairs and table)

Location was near Safeway and banks.

Didn’t have regular cleaning services. Once in every three days. We had children traveling with us and it needed to cleaned everyday so it was messy.

Location is good, place was clean.

There were no kitchen utensils in the kitchen area. This was a single room but it would be nice to have some utensils since there was a cooktop.

Convenience to Central Santa Rosa, breakfast, and access to major roads. Recent renovations. Great beds.

Didn’t find a guide or instructions for use of In-room TV. Figured it out.

This is just about the nicest inn I’ve ever been in. Modern bathrooms, plenty of space, and a balcony to beat.

The location is not great if you’re a light sleeper. Bring earbuds. Also, some facilities were broken but eventually fixed.

I loved the rooms! Especially the shower, beds, and the mini fridge. Everything was working, clean, and fully stocked. The pool looked amazing as well, and the parking lot was easy to park in.

The only thing was that the front desk person said I had a reservation for the next day even though I had proof of reservation. But either way he fixed it regardless and there were rooms available!

Everyone was extremely nice! The rooms are super spacious.

Our sink was clogged and there was a leak somewhere by the toilet and shower but nothing to be bothered by. Windows a little thin- I can hear everything that happens outside.

The receptionist was very helpful and nice ... room was clean ... definitely would book again

Only thing I dislike was to use the electric stove you would have to pay 15 dollars a night for the pan that connects to the stove ..
