The most relaxing experience ever! The place was very clean, the staff was very friendly. Our room was very comfortable and we were pleasantly surprised with a kitchenette and bath robes for the spa and pool! We enjoyed that the pool area was quite large and had many available lounge chairs. All the pools were great and relaxing, took our bodyaches away I love that there was a gym with nice equipment and the staff kept cleaning the equipment. And walking distance to the shops and restaurants.

The pillows were too soft for my liking. But that's an easy fix, I'll just take my pillow from home next time :)

The pool services and hot tub were very good. I like the fact that there was an adult only area. I really really liked the outdoor fire. Everything was very clean inside and outside. The staff was extremely friendly. We even bought souvenir cups to take home with us, I really liked that The massage services were very, very good worth the price available. Parking was really good too. The location was really close to downtown.

I don't think my room had air conditioning. I'm a college educated person that owns a business and I did everything I could to make the air conditioner run and I don't think it had air conditioning because it never stopped being hot in the room. Also, my neighbors right next-door in the adjoining room were extremely loud and woke us up at eight in the morning. I guess it didn't have good insulation so I thought I would sleep in on the last day. We were there on Monday morning, and we woke up by very loud music because of the Pool class being held at 8:30 AM. I would've liked facial services offered. I felt like for the price that I paid for the room. It wasn't quite right.

Love the location in Calistoga, the more “chill” part of Napa Valley. We enjoyed all three pools. The grounds around the pools are well maintained and there are many areas for guests to gather and lounge. The room was spacious and comfortable. The hotel is within easy walking distance from shops and restaurants.

Reception wasn’t very welcoming or informative. I found out on our last day that the water aerobics class was complimentary to guests. I learned this from the instructor when I inquired poolside. When I checked out, I suggested to the front desk to inform guests of this at check-in, she said there was an 81/2 x 11 piece of paper in a plexiglass frame at the very far end of the counter with the class schedules. Very easy to overlook and why would I assume classes are complimentary? I said it would be nice if that would be mentioned or guests were provided the schedule at check-in. She looked annoyed and that left me feeling badly for making, what I thought was, a reasonable suggestion. I must say the housekeeping and grounds staff were very friendly.

The only issue we had was the aloofness of the front staff. As we arrived to check in, was not greeted. There was absolutely NO cordial conversation or interaction as you would expect. I decided to spend my birthday at this establishment and it stung to pay over $800 for two nights as I checked in. I believe they need customer service training as they are the front line of the business! That is the only issue we experienced. The staff at the spa and room service were excellent!

Very comfortable bed and the kitchenette was perfect to make coffee, light meals and keep food cold in the refrigerator. I felt everything in and outside of the room was in great condition and very clean. I was reading reviews in which there was a lot of complaining about children and noise but during my stay of 4 nights there were children using the pools but no significant noise. The complex is perfectly quiet at night. To the people who complained in past reviews about the noise from children: perhaps you should pay more and stay at a more exclusive resort. For the price (considering the location) this was a great find and a very relaxing stay for a solo traveller.

Hot springs were lovely and our main reason for staying at this location, in addition to it's proximity to downtown. The rooms are clean and beds quite comfy.

The Hot Spring area could use some modernization. The tubs are nice, but the surrounding area feels quite outdated and could certainly use a facelift, a bit more polish. We also asked about the EV chargers and how these worked for payment, etc. at the front desk and those working there did not know. It is wonderful that you have these on-site (kudos!), yet would be helpful to have clarity around whether guests DO or DO NOT pay extra for EV charging and how this process works. Thanks!

have been going to calistoga for years, most places have become prohibitively expensive unless you are a couple sharing a bed. calistoga spa has nice big, comfortable rooms, very nice pools with lots of loungers and shade. spa is not expansive but massage (by Candy) was fabulous! rates for both rooms and massage are very reasonable. as always love calistoga for relaxing, walking through town, good restaurants (Evangaline is our favorite).

Amazing, so relaxing, & kid friendly. Me and my family come here all the time.

The only thing I don’t like is how expensive the rooms are during the weekends. Like sometimes the rooms range about $400 something to $500+ a night if you want to do a little relaxing get away and that does not even come with anything. lol! That’s why most of the time we come on weekdays.

I mean what can you say about this place that hasn’t been said? It’s amazing. Staff are great, facilities are on point. If you have ever stayed at a Ritz Carlton, you’ll feel comfortable here.

Kids. Lots of them. People bring their kids to the pools for the day. If you are looking for a quiet soak, this isn’t your place. Kids are poorly parented everywhere you look.

Pools are fantastic! Rooms as well equipt and have a small kitchen, nice shows room and have recently been up dated. Generally, the place was very clean, and the grounds we very well kept! It's a gem of a place.

The rooms are not super luxurious. Look good, well stocked, but the buildings being a motel style place mean the rooms feel very close and compact.
