Nice size and layout. Comfortable and clean.

Our room is a corner unit by the busy main street. We were quiet sleepers. Tried to ask for a different room, but was told the room type I booked are all either facing the parking lot or facing the street. And all the other sane room types are all checked in by guests earlier. But our room: its patio door is right by the main busy street, and the room window (a very nice bay window) is right above the handicapped parking spot and ramp and side walk facing the main parking lot. Later Lisa apologized for the inconvenience, and gave us a bottle of white wine, which we appreciated very much. We later realized the Inn’s different buildings are built way too close to the road.

Pool with mineral water. Free bikes for 2 hours to explore the town. Close to everything. Proactive asking about our particular needs via an sms message and quickly responding personnel. Quiet room facing a yard. Wet and dry sauna included with lots of clean towels on the spot. Easy access to WiFi. Presence of an air conditioner in the rooms. Free coffee in the lobby. Clean room and linen. Internal yard with tables and chairs. A cart for lagage available.

A bit loud air conditioner. No microwave in the room. Not much space around the pool, with only few umbrellas.

Very clean and quiet rooms. Really friendly staff. We loved having towels and robes provided. The hot springs were not overly chlorinated, which was nice. Loved having good coffee available in the room - with real coffee cups too! Nice to have a decent fridge in the room. The water temperature in the spa and pool was just right.

The spa tub is small. If the place had been fully booked, I can imagine that it would have been a long wait to have space in the tub. The hotel is right on a busy road so the traffic noise was unpleasant while soaking. The tub and the pool could use some TLC: broken tiles, cracking paint, etc. We would have enjoyed having the pools open before 9 am. Maybe 8am? We got charged a $17 fee when checking in for having booked through Booking.com. That surprised us.

Room was clean and had everything we needed. AC worked fine. Pool wasn’t really what I expected, but clean and fine. Starbucks coffee in the lobby was a great extra……

Didn’t like that they automatically had added the VAT to my credit card, even though I had already paid it through booking.com. I spotted and questioned it, and after I provided proof with by booking confirmation, they reversed the charge. Other people we were with also had this amount double charged but didn’t pick up on it at checkout.

- Clean and comfortable two-queen bed room was spacious and easily accommodated our family of four. The balcony was a plus, though it did face the road. - Full size toiletries in the scrupulously clean bathroom and large shower stall with glass screen (no shower curtain!). Also lots of space to hang up towels and clothes, and lots of space on the vanity next to the basin. - Swimming pool and hot tub were fed from mineral springs. Pool was on the small side for laps, but the water was amazingly warm. The hot tub was great for soaking away the aches after a day of walking. - Chilled water refill station was really handy for refilling our water bottles. - Easy short walk (5-10min) to cafes and restaurants on Lincoln Avenue, so not an issue that there is no onsite restaurant or cafe. There is a Starbucks coffee and hot chocolate machine in the hotel reception. - Lots of parking spaces in the complimentary carpark. - Friendly and helpful hotel concierge and staff.

- Really minor quibble: pool towels weren’t always available. - Room a/c was a little noisy.

It is a modern hotel; the room was large with a balcony, welcome reception, and easy parking. It has a dry sauna, steam room, jacuzzi, and swimming pool. It is a few blocks from the center of Calistoga; therefore, ideal for those who prefer to be in a quieter area but not too far from restaurants, shops, etc. Nice views of the mountains.

The dry sauna was not operating, and the "Springs" water in the jacuzzi was not hot enough.

Dusdee, at the Front Desk was attentive and accommodating. Based on availability, he upgraded me upon checkin which I was pleased with. The facilities including the room, pool and spa were clean. The bed was comfortable and I was impressed with the lighting in the room. I was pleased with the warm mineral pool and mineral hot tub. Walking distance to the center of Calistoga, which is small and quaint.

I didn't realize the pool was heated. I learned the cleaning crew turned off the heat in the pool so it was cool on my last day. When I asked a staff member to turn the heat back on, he did so but it takes a while for a pool to heat up.

Location was fine, my daughter’s room was so nice and spacious with the fireplace on the corner. Steam room was nice as well. Beds were comfortable and so were the pillows. Room was clean.

The first night we checked in, the hostess was not very friendly and told us we only were booked for one night and they were full so we’d have to find another place to stay. Luckily my daughter found the info and showed her our receipt but I would have paid for two rooms at the last minute somewhere else and then my rooms there were non-refundable. crisis averted but not because of the night hostess. She also was very rude to all the people in the pool so I heard a lot of guests mumbling complaints that the staff must have changed because they used to be nicer. Also, the hot tub and pool were very crowded so our adult kids did not partake and instead went back to their rooms.

Very convenient but far enough out of downtown that it’s not super busy. The grounds are very well. Kept the rooms very roomy and clean.

Really the only thing I didn’t like was one of the other guests running his drone and peeping on people. He was running his drone over the parking lot where I was and then it looked like he went over towards the pool and around the hotel grounds just a little creepy.

Room was clean, facilities were clean, and staff was very helpful. I would go back for the pool and saunas. It was great for my multi-generational family trip.

I wish there were tea kettles and extra towels in the room. Also, I thought the King would be bigger but it was almost the same size as the double queen.
