It was very close to the Healdsburg Jazz Festival. I believe Henry, from Kenya, was the front desk. He was very helpful in directing us and if we needed any help. It was a difficult time due to the fires north of Healdsburg at the time. The breakfast, being a post COVID meal presentation was good - though it would never replace a real restaurant.

The beds were too high that you could not sit on the side of the bed and I am 6 feet 2 inches tall. My sister, who was 5 feet 2 inches tall had to practically jump into bed. The beds were very comfortable, though.

Good hotel with lovely staff and superb breakfast, walking distance to local shops and several restaurants. Staff extremely helpful in recommending good places to eat. As good as low price hotels go I guess.

Strangely it had a ‘medical’ feel to the place, on our arrival two other guests were arriving by ambulance and proceeded to be taken into the hotel in hospital beds. Led us to question if there is some relationship between to hotel and local medical services.

Clean, comfortable room. Bathroom night light. Breakfast. Friendly front desk staff. Window blinds. Pillows. Luggage shelf.

Shower water pressure. Non dimmable lighting. Confusing that there’s another Holiday Inn nearby so we went to the wrong hotel first. Odd and tricky to have to drive through a narrow garage doorway to reach the main outdoor parking. Slow elevator. Could use a better mirror near dresser. Despite these minor issues, would definitely stay here again.

I loved the location, we could walk into downtown Windsor. The parking for easy and safe. I loved the amenities in the room, great lighting choices. The hotel and rooms tastefully decorated. I loved having a bathtub!

Lighting where the coffe bar inlet was. It was hard to see.

All too often, we find hotels that don't have everything they say they do, like Lebec's that place sucked so bad that we're thinking about leaving holiday inn express and using Hamptons instead. Windsor on the other hand was as close to prefect as they come...5 stars for them

Breakfast was decent. My favorite thing was the bathroom. It had a really good shower and tons of places to store all of my toiletries. The room was ok, but it really did suit my needs beautifully. I will stay there again.

I thought the description said that the room had a microwave. It didn't. Maybe I was mistaken. The room could have had a better atmosphere. I wasn't a fan of the bright blue.

The room was comfortable including the bed. The pillows were thin as others have stated. The staff were kind, considerate and especially at breakfast were really attentive. The location suited our needs and our room was very quiet.

This facility is located very closely to the highway that many people use, and has easy access. It has all of the things that a hotel room should have for convenience. Many do not have microwaves, it seems, but this hotel did. It has a wonderful breakfast offering, and easy access to everything inside. Our room was very clean and comfortable.

The reception staff were efficient, friendly and courteous, which we really appreciated. Breakfast was much better than most of our experiences in this type of hotel. The breakfast area was kept spotless and food choices refilled promptly. Hot dishes were varied each day. Again, cheerful and efficient staff are always a bonus.

Love this quiet location next to the highway but you can't hear it. Easy on and off. Favorite restaurant near by and the met my on line requests.

Breakfast. I do not like cheese in my eggs. Bagels were a bit dense. I was disappointed the pool or spa were not open and we were not forewarned. Ruined our mother daughter night.
