Location is great, rooms are trendy but functional and comfortable. Staff was always really helpful when we saw them.

We had to leave for airport at 2:30am. The day before, we told front desk and valet that we would need to get our car at that hour and asked what was the best way to approach that. They promised someone would be at the front desk to help us at that hour, or if not there would be a number to call to reach someone at the sister hotel. That was not the case. No one was there to help us at front desk and we called the number they provided on their front desk sign, 3x with no answer. Luckily we found our car keys at the front desk counter (not a very secure space) and were able to leave and make our flight, but they need a better system. Caused us too much panic for 3am and soured my opinion of what would have been a great experience at that hotel.

I have stayed at this property and it's sister property up the street. The rooms are both spacious and clean. The property is well designed and both have either a restaurant or a bar area, so look at both and determine if you are more of a breakfast type person or the cocktail before dinner on an open patio type person. You will easily make your choice. As far as the price, it's pricey, but it's also smack dab in the middle of the square. If you are planning on hanging around the square, this is it. There is a Marriott a mile down the road so if price is an issue it's an opion

This was the most modern hotel we had ever stayed in. Several very good ideas. Loved the key card that tured off all the electricity. And then when you came in could turn it all on. Complimentary breakfast. Maybe a note in the room would help. I did not find it until the 3rd day . I like that you did not nickel and dime people. All was included. Very clean. Young boys at desk were the best and very helpful. Maria at concierge was excellent. Parking exceptional. Loved the beds and mattress-0h my slept like a log.

There were a few maintenance issues. Our black out drapes were not up. The shower gizmo for the hand held head came apart and fell on floor. Not enough bars of soap. But all fixable and ok. I hate expresso, would loved to have a coffee pot. But I did try it. That is good.

Great design planning and aesthetics, not your standard run of the mill hotel design. Appreciate not having wall-to-wall carpet, and the outdoor patio was a nice option to have.

Bathroom/Shower: not a lot of privacy, there is a gap in the bathroom door even when fully closed. Not sure about all rooms, but our room was definitely for a single or a couple, not for a family.

The staff exhibited remarkable kindness and professionalism throughout our stay. Javier in the rooftop bar provided exceptional service. Jason from the front desk was exceptionally helpful with our room safe. Additionally, Anthony from the front desk ensured a swift and efficient check-in process.

Parking our car was a bit of a challenge. We stayed four days and continually had to move it. Continental Breakfast was not very good.

You can't beat the location and rooftop bar. Staff was nice, maybe a little aloof, but everyone was pleasant. I'd stay again...it was very clean, bed was comfortable and the location was perfect.

The hotel is very modern and clean...but maybe too modern. Design overtakes functionality in the hotel too often. The shower is exposed to the rest of the bedroom, and the sliding partition is see through, so traveling with friends a little awkward. The interior courtyard concept also leaves you feeling like you have little privacy...we ended up keeping the curtains closed. Lots of other little weird touches that added up enough for us to notice.

Very nice construction, love the urban architecture and large bathroom / storage area, patio and seeting area in the King room. Also appreciate the rooftop bar/grill and art around the hotel. Also appreciated the car charging while parked in garage; valet was affordable and very accomodating.

Was a bit noisy from street and above when the maids cleaned the room above.

Location, location, location! Hop out and you’re shopping, eating, bar-hopping, hanging in the square. Jump in your car or on your bike and you’re 5 minutes or less to vineyards and wineries. Love the ice and sparkling water station on each floor. Plus an easy place to bring your pet; quick access to little trails.

Didn’t get to use the pool, but was small and looked a little too shaded.

The rooms were spacious and modernly decorated. Properly was bright and clean. Staff was great and location is ideal.

You can hear footsteps above you. This was the only downside of the experience. When folks upstairs got up and walked around late night and early hours, you can hear it.

The room: Airy, clean, tastefully decorated, lots of natural light, quiet, serene balcony overlooking creek, spacious, and lots of in-room amenities. The beds are ridiculously comfortable. The pillows are heavenly. Light blocking automatic shades were incredible. Location: Walking distance to everything! Staff: Awesome!

Bathroom could be a little more private. There is a sliding door, no lock, and had a bit of a gap.
