Clean room and bath as well as breakfast buffet. Nice seating areas for breakfast. Beautiful hotel and upscale room designs. Like the extra security lever on room door to prevent opening more than a couple of inches. Like the pull down window shades: sheer and darkened.

Front desk receptionist was rather bland and didn't seem to care much upon late check-in. Breakfast staff didn't monitor scrambled eggs consumption to prevent making guests wait for replacement. Mini frig ran all night, sounding like rain moving thru rain gutters. Distracting but intended to be "white noise"?

The breakfast was good we stayed 6 days and everyday it was a little different which was nice. The staff was really helpful and friendly. The hotel was very nice the bed was very comfortable which is a big plus.

The weather was a lot warmer than what we are used to we live on the coast of Washington and we could not get the air conditioner to go lower than 67 degrees was not enjoyable waking up sweating during our 6 days there. We asked a staff member and they us all the AC units are programmed not to go lower than 67 degrees we were on the first floor for security reasons we were not able to open the windows. The shower was big and nice the water flow is great doesn’t trickle out like a few other places we have stayed. My only fear is when you soap up the shower floor is very slippery, I put a hand towel on the shower floor and that helped with not slipping.

This was our first stay here but we really liked it comfortable bed alot of room had all the amenities really great breakfast lots of choices and the gym it was nice to do my mile in the cool room instead of outdoors

I think our only complaint is that the only elevator was at one end of the building there should be an elevator at both ends it was inconvenient and a lil hard for my husband due to his back problems

breakfast was good. the bar is nice to hang out at. Love the Happy Hour on the weekends. Love the fruit available all the time.

The pillows are terrible. you need to offer firmer pillows for those of us that like that. Also, you are a dog friendly hotel but don't have bowls that are suitable for dogs. (only paper bowls that fall apart when you put water in them)

WE loved the breakfast - there was a variety of foods (both hot and cold) and baked goods every day. And the coffee was very good. My mother loved the decaf coffee - she said it was one of the best she's' had. Oh, and the Urgent Care just across the sidewalk - was very convenient - one of us had to use the Urgent Care - so it was extremely easy to access the urgent care.

IT was hard to get the room service people to remove our trash.

It was very quiet, great location and the staff was excellent.

Unfortunately, I booked a king size bed and was given a room with 2 queen beds. This was not what I booked and was told this was all they had left. Why??? I specifically reserved a King size bed for my husband & I.

Wow, I'm so glad I stayed here for a wedding. The property is impeccable in terms of cleanliness and amenities. I also appreciate that it is quiet and located in a quiet area. Breakfast was amazing. I will definitely stay here again.

Staff engagement didn't seem to match the quality of the property, but they are friendly when there is a need to interact. The property is a touch hard to locate as there is not signage at the entrance.

Property was very clean. Good breakfast. We had a large room which was a nice surprise.

Location is not ideal -- no restaurants within easy walking distance. We thought the streaming TV was a little difficult. Could not locate traditional broadcast channels for news, etc.

Very comfortable to stay. Will stay again. Bathroom design: Near mirror shelf to put toiletries, Towel racks on top of the sink, slide door. Room design: Easy switch, large luggage stand.

No glass mug to microwave.

Brand new, super clean, thoughtful amenities such as a microwave, bathroom nightlight, bedside usb outlets, good breakfast, water bottle filling station in the lobby. Big king mini suite. Nice personnel. Plenty if parking.
