First rate Inn. Every aspect of the property shows the care and attention to detail that the owners have provided to make this a great customer experience. Large rooms, delicious, healthy breakfast, perfect hot tub, lots of amenities and self-service options all with detailed instructions to avoid any confusion. Conveniently located right across from the river and one of the nicest beaches and swimming spots at Sunset Beach. Right outside of Guerneville, with access to Windsor, Forestville, and Sebastopol. We loved it and will be recommending to all our friends.

The parking area is a little tight but not a big deal.

Breakfast was healthy and delish! The honor bar for snacks and beverages was also a welcomed amenity. The interior design is very cool. Our king bed was comfortable with luxurious linens. A new modern bathroom was also very appreciated.

The fact that google maps had the location wrong and making a cell phone call was usually impossible on the grounds was the only frustrating issue. This is not the proprietors fault. This happened quite a bit in the area.

The location is great. Close to Guerneville if you want to eat at restaurants and be near a town, supermarket, etc. next door to a winery. And on the Russian River. The property is a few acres, has chicken coup, a barn, hammock, hot tub, peach and plumb trees, an outdoor fore pit and lots of places to chill and sit down in chairs throughout the property. The common area is furnished with coffee and tea day and night, and all the things you want like wine, beer, chocolate covered almonds, comfortable couch and chairs, beef jerky, soda water, and scrabble and design magazines.

Honestly nothing. I loved our hosts Suzanne and Bryce and their friendly sweet poodle Lulu. They went out of their way to make us feel at home.

We enjoyed our room, we had the perfect location at the end because I get up super early and want to walk my two medium-sized dogs each morning. Our location let me do that with ease and very little disruption to other guests. We were in town to see family at the location allowed for a River Day and a Jenner Hike as well as visits to people in Santa Rosa and Rohnert Part. Really couldn't have been more convenient.

an in-room microwave would have been nice.

Food excellent. They happily offered amazing glutten free breakfast for me. Fresh eggs! Fresh squeezed juice from fruit on site. Bed and linens were really comfortable. Staff excellent. We love the grounds. We will be back, hopefully, regularly. Location good. Literally right next to Korbel. Pet friendly! We bought our cats and it was great.

The room was a little small and has traffic noise.

The hosts, Bryce and Suzanne, and Greanna were all wonderful. Full of kindness and helpful information and with a fascinating back story. The common areas are exceptionally charming from the game/lounge room to the "gift shop" filled with fascinating treasures. The breakfast was excellent in all respects.

The room has not yet received the bright update it deserves but I'm sure that is part of the plan. Can't wait to return.

Mine + Farm is a true gem at the Russian River! The owners/innkeepers are incredibly gracious, helpful and friendly. Suzanne and Bryce very generously helped me pre-plan some fun surprises for my husband's birthday during our stay, making it a very fun-filled weekend. We loved the cool and comfortable spaces, the non-fussy, relaxed atmosphere, and the ultra-delicious breakfasts, and we cannot wait to go back for another visit!

the breakfast was amazing. they make fresh juice and all fresh food. was very good also the location is close to many very nice wineries and attractions. the owners were so nice and I loved the game room area. beautiful location

Proprietors were exceptional and open and friendly while giving you space. Excellent breakfasts (farm to table). Accommodations themselves ample and thoughtful. Very dog-friendly. Really the place was great and will return for sure.
