So in full honesty, we chose this hotel as a small vacation for our family especially for the indoor pool, since outdoor pools are usually too cold this time of year. At check-in, our kids were already excited about swimming, and the staff went above and beyond by placing us in a room right next to the indoor pool—such a thoughtful and customer-focused touch. Our kids had a blast swimming almost by themselves on Saturday afternoon. On Sunday, a local swim school held their kids' classes in the pool, and we were initially concerned our kids wouldn’t be able to swim during that time if they had reserved the entire pool area. But the instructors were incredibly kind and welcoming—they shared the pool with us and even let our kids play with some of the water toys that they used during the classes. Even though the pool is on the smaller side, they were very accommodating to our family while they had their own classes going on. Overall, we had a great experience and really appreciated the warm hospitality!

The Inn is conveniently located near the Sonoma County Airport in a fairly quiet area. There is dinner as well as breakfast so there’s no need to go back out once checked in. Staff are friendly. The bed was comfortable and the room had a good chair and desk.

The room windows are sealed shut and thus the room was stuffy and could not be aired out. The use of heat and air conditioning had left the air so dry that my hair was flyaway. I finally turned the air conditioning way down to run all night to get the room cool enough for sleeping. Get some fresh natural air in these rooms!!

The property is beautiful. The rooms are very nicely decorated. The beds are very comfortable and the TV choices are terrific. I also like the digital key factor. That is a nice thing to have.

The only thing I could complain about would be that I got a message from them saying that face coverings were required. When I questioned it and said that I couldn’t stay there because I don’t have a face covering they said that Booking.com had put it on there and not them, except for the message came from them. They did say I could stay without having a face covering.

This is a convenient and comfortable option near the Sonoma County airport. They serve dinners, have a small bar and serve cooked-to-order breakfast, which I prefer to the usual buffet.

I ordered a gardenburger for dinner and it was the peppery spicy version - they need to say on their menu it is spicy rather than a regular gardenburger. Minor, but hard on someone who doesn’t do well with pepper.

Lovely hot tub. Comfy, clean rooms. Great, friendly staff. Free airport shuttle available whenever needed - no set times. Very close to airport. We got a good rate on booking.com

The restaurant was fair. Food was just ok, not enough variety. Servers were excellent Our flight was canceled due to weather. When we tried to stay another normal night, we found that the regular price was much higher than we had initially spent.

The location and shuttle to Sonoma County airport are excellent. The driver was very friendly.

Outside pool would be nice. Carpet in room was a bit shabby at the bathroom threshold. I booked on Booking.com and had my confirmation. The hotel did not have the reservation on their books. Fortunately, they had enough room, so there was no problem. The front desk was very polite and helpful.

The staff in particular were very friendly and helpful. Services available at the hotel make it very convenient & enjoyable. I was there at a very stormy time without access to driving elsewhere. Having a theater just across the parking lot, an indoor pool/spa, gym, and office area made being "trapped" much more pleasant. And close proximity to the airport with a 24-hour shuttle is awesome.

Food pricing is a bit high.

I can't say enough about how well we were accommodated during our stay here. We had minor car issues, and were able to check out late & catch up on some laundry while that was addressed. Also, the breakfast was better than we've had thus far on our cross-country adventure! Exceptional staff & facilities! Absolutely recommend 💯!!!!

Great location, near the Sonoma Airport, safe area north of Santa Rosa. Breakfast and dinner were delicious and reasonably priced. Room very clean, bed and pillows very comfortable, parking is free and ample, all of the staff were very professional, polite, friendly and courteous. I highly recommend this hotel.

Kathryn is just lovely. She works night shift. She makes coming in on a late flight feel like we’re coming home. Restaurant staff and the food amazing and it’s so nice to eat onsite instead of out when flights are super early the next day and we traveled from Rohnert Park.

I wish the bathrooms had fans, humidity needs help to exit other than the door. We are grateful for the shuttle service especially the times our flights come in at midnight and leave to the airport at 345AM! This last shuttle we had dripping off our car the night before our flight, the driver seemed angered, rage driving, and we didn’t feel safe. I had difficulty thanking him and he didn’t respond.
