breakfast was exceptional and bed was very comfortable. I was originally booked on the 2nd floor, but I asked the front desk receptionist if that could be changed the following day to ground floor as steps present a problem for my 72-year-old legs! Vanessa was so great - I asked her the following morning if any rooms were going to be available and she said she'd call me within an hour to let me know. Not only did she call within an hour, but she arranged for cleaning service first thing so that I could move in that morning and enjoy the rest of my day worry free. She was so kind and accommodating - it was really wonderful. Cleaning staff as well as breakfast hosts are all friendly and welcoming too. Just a great experience overall.

There is a no smoking policy in place but I saw several guests sneaking cigarettes on steps. Ugh!

Very clean, functional rooms. Nice hot shower with good water pressure. Kind, responsive, and attentive front desk staff Nice breakfast options included with room rate, including make your own breakfast burritos while we were there. Location easy off the highway and rates are much better than other hotels in the area. Extra bonus, within walking distance of Lagunitas Brewery taproom.

Room was a little loud - we were near doors to hotel building and in building closest to highway. If possible ask for a room towards middle of building and further away from highway.

Good location for our activities. Quiet and safe area. Friendly staff. Nice comfortable king size bed. Large spacious room with a couch. Good light blocking curtains. Tge separate counter for microwave and coffee was wonderful. A/C and heat wasn't too noisy, plus it cooled or warmer our room quickly. Jetted tub was nice.

Toliet was wobbly, needs tighten to the floor. Refrigerator was extra small, and it made a buzzing noise so we wore earplugs while sleeping. Some jets on the tub didn't work.

I loved how the staff was friendly and communicated very well with us. The early breakfast was great! And the room itself was amazing. Little wear and tear but to be expected no place is perfect but it was homey, comfortable, and quiet area. They also accommodated me within 15 minutes. It's was fast and great!

The bed was a little hard. But im ok with this i like firm beds but I have a bad back so sometimes I sleep in a weird position which could have very well contributed to that. Would go again!

This hotel I think is the best place to stay when I’m in town. It’s safe. It’s quiet. The staff is friendly and approachable. The breakfast is always on point. The rooms are clean and quiet.

For as often as I stay here, I guess I would like more of a deal that I can get from Choice hotels or booking.com. This last time Julie at the front desk gave me the local rate which was pretty awesome and I totally appreciate that it makes me coming and staying here to see family a lot easier when I don’t have to overpay at a hotel, and this hotel is my hotel choice

It is a very pleasant Motel. Modern and with a cozy feel because of the division in separate houses. Very clean and solid breakfast. The area is also quite silent at night even though it is right next to the freeway. Very comfy stay and exceptional price!

A small remark would be that the TV in our room was malfunctioning maybe because of patchy reception or power cuts. The twin size beds are quite narrow two sleep with two but that is something we knew when we booked.

Firstly, I liked that everything was clean, quiet, and comfortable. This is essential for me. The breakfast was so nice! The personnel I think worked hard feeding many guests but they did a great job. The coffee was great and available. The wifi was steady for me which I appreciated. The location was nice. You are not far from downtown Petaluma as well as many nice bars and restaurants.

No complaints.

Room was clean and it was good access to the track. Breakfast was so so. Would be back but not when your staff is rude.

Front desk lady was very rude. We won’t stay here no matter how much we enjoyed our room. Don’t be in the hospitality business if you have a shitty attitude. I have terminal cancer and I’m not shitty just because I can.

Can't think of anything. Everyone and everyone was terrific. Location perfect. Though I spent days in Sonoma, the drive to Petaluma was lovely and relaxing. Particularly helpful after difficult days

Everything is clean and quiet

You guys charge me, double,, and I don’t like that,, I pay online and when I got to the hotel, I had to pay again and in my bank account it says they charge me two times. This is not the first time that I got this hotel but when that happened, want to change hotels for the reason . And then I get my money back no
