At first awkward with video reception, but a great tradeoff for the wonderful breakfast included. Property should have at least one luggage cart: my arriving Lyft dropped me at the office with heavy, awkward luggage. My assigned room was far away and I really needed a cart. I'm a senior citizen and really needed a cart. None on the property. Coffeemaker barely worked but the microwave was put to good use. Room was very quiet on ground floor, very well appointed, first class, and very quiet considering property is located at major intersection. Never heard the traffic. Great location, restaurant adjacent big plus. Wished there had been notifications about seasonal operation of pool as that was a decided factor, closed till May, will be way hot before then. Wish I could stay longer! Please add PBS station to your Dish TV. Really missed that. Will return asap! Thank you, great staff!

The breakfast was an assortment of hot and cold offerings. I loved the make your own waffle with fresh strawberries,bananas and whip cream each day. The service was excellent and if something was gone the service person replaced it. Considering the price of eating breakfast out for five days this was a great budget saver as the breakfast was free with hotel price. Room service was your call. Do you want it everyday? Just towels? I like the options of saving water. Early checkin was FREE.

The location was great for us as our grandkids lived in area. But the hotel is close to highway which is a plus but quick turn into hotel and some issues trying to get out. But will not be reluctant to stay at hotel again.

A very solid BW that is a good value too. The check-in / front office is excellent (called me to see if my room needed housekeeping as wind had blown door hanger away...) with quick check-in. Premises are clean, the room too. Larger than average room with very good bed, mini-fridge and microwave. The breakfast is solid too with waffle maker, yogurt, scrambled eggs and bacon and sausage patties. There's a restaurant connected, shares same lot and kitchen apparently. The staff here is very helpful, cheery and keeps area very clean and orderly. I travel a lot and this places is a topnotch motel. There's a Safeway across street, many restaurants within walking distance. It's a busy intersection and a mile or so from downtown but it was quiet at night. It's a winner.

Best Western did not have my reservation. I gave them the booking.com confirmation number and they could not find it however they found a different reservation for multiple nights that was canceled March 1st. ??? I remember having it for two nights and then updating the date to one night but apparently booking.com supposedly canceled it? But the app still said that it was confirmed and active? I was lucky that they had a room available and was able to still stay one night.

~ we checked in mega late at night because we did not anticipate staying over. the ladies at the front desk both at check in and check out were the sweetest. very helpful and kind. ~ our room was comfortable, everything was clean, and the television had YOUTUBE my night was made ~ i was in the throes of a cold when i stayed there but managed to get good sleep. the rooms were quiet, the water was hot, and the cvs around the corner made life way more convenient for two people that had almost nothing with them but their phones and wallets

The room was very spacious and clean, the staff were absolutely fabulous, friendly, and they couldn't do enough for everyone, they were brilliant and I would highly recommend to my friends and family, I will definitely stay there again on my next visit,

Location was great, price point was very good and the room was clean. The breakfast was good with fresh fruit available and a great waffle making set up. We drove to the see the beaches for a day and had a great time. The restaurant next door is very good, a bit pricey but the food was easily shared and did I say very good?

The shower. A bit funky and definitely dated, but clean. It was awkward to get and out of.

This is a very solid establishment with nice room set-up -- good sized -- and excellent beds. Good TV. Mini fridge, microwave. Everything is in very good condition and the cleanliness is way better than most motels. One of the better Best Westerns I've stayed in Good, safe parking, ice machine, restaurant/bar on-site and Safeway across the street Not far from downtown or fairgrounds.

Everything was perfect. Breakfast was delicious and fresh. Everything worked in the room. Clean, quiet, shampoo, body wash, conditioner was perfect. I will book here when I come to Petaluma. The staff was wonderful, kind, at the front desk and in the breakfast area. A lot of parking too. Bellini restaurant is right next door for lunch or dinner.

i reserved the room weeks in advance, and reserved a downstairs room and it was confirmed. When I arrived to check in, I was told there were no downstairs rooms available. Not what I expected.
