This place had a great location, comfortable accommodation and very friendly staff with freshly made breakfast ( a little different every day) and complimentary glass of wine in the evening. We stayed in the detached cottage which had a small fridge/freezer, plenty of hot water in the shower, smart TV with lots of options and a mini-split ac unit that worked nicely. There were also several outdoor areas that were very comfortable. All in all, it was a great value for the price and close enough to downtown Sonoma for a nice visit.
On rare occasion, you might hear street noise from particularly loud vehicles-but not sure there is anything any property could about that.

The breakfast was excellent, different meals on each of the 3 days I stayed, and staff was very nice. I appreciated them giving me a ground floor room so I didn't have to haul my bags up stairs. I was there to show our film at the Sonoma International Film Festival and the location was very convenient to all the event locations I attended. Loved having free coffee, iron and hair dryer available.
Only downside was my room was next to the kitchen, so when it was time to prepare breakfast I could hear all the pots and pans clattering, and the first 2 mornings a baby continually crying. (No blaming here, just thin walls.) The 3rd morning I was prepared but the baby was at home with her dad. Otherwise it was extraordinarily quiet! I still brought a tip to the kitchen every day and left a $20 in my room for them when I checked out.

We stayed in the cottage and it was cute and comfortable. Very comfy bed and a good size tv. Nice outdoor patio with propane fireplaces to set around and have a cocktail. Very easy check in and check out. Morning breakfast was an unexpected pleasure. We will book this nice, comfy and cozy spot again.
The only bad thing that I could come up with is that the driveway into the parking area is narrow and parking is tight if you have a larger vehicle? Although, street parking is also available for the bigger vehicles.

The location is a little out of town - 20 min leisurely walk - which we knew when we booked. It was nice to walk into town and not be right in the center. The breakfast was wonderful!!!! The staff were very friendly, helpful and a delight. We had originally booked the garden cottage and were upgraded to a bigger room when we arrive. That was a blessing as the cottage room I much smaller than the picture imply. Every night there is a free glass on wine and chocolate snacks. Very nice touch.
We had a ground floor room and the air conditioning is controlled for the entire ground floor as a single unit. So our room was freezing and we could not change it. The receptionist was very helpful in turning up the heat for the entire floor but we still ending up putting clothiers and bags over the air vents to block the cold air. We had originally booked the cottage room and on arrival, this room was very, very small and very dated. It does not look like the picture. Rooms at the front of the hotel do get some traffic noise. We did not find it too bothersome.

This is a fabulous boutique style hotel, great location just a short drive to downtown Sonoma and with spacious rooms and lovely outdoor spaces. We stayed in the family room with separate lounge area and fridge, which was useful. Breakfast was cooked to order and was nice
Very little to say here as it was overall great! One small thing was the door to our particular room opened directly into the reception area which was a bit too close for comfort. Not a major issue as the bedroom part was separate and private.

What a very comfortable B&B with the BEST staff! Our room was in the main house & had another door in the room leading outside to a cosy patio area with seating & gas fires if needed. The bed was so comfy & felt like memory foam comfort that was perfect for us. The late afternoon wine & cheese reception was a bonus & the breakfast was plentiful & deliciously prepared by Aliesha. On arrival, Aliesha showed us amenities to make our stay comfortable. She was the best hostess & made us feel like nothing was too much. Thank you for all the attention you gave to make sure we were happy. We would stay again & definitely recommend if you want that homey caring feeling.
It may be a problem if you want to be closer to Sonoma Plaza, as it is just over a mile walk. We thought it was easy walking.

We liked the wine reception in the later afternoon. Location was excellent. Our Cottage was cozy. Breakfast was nice and presented with a hot breakfast, fresh fruits, juice and a variety of coffees. Staff was very helpful and friendly.
Took a little while to figure out the heating system. Once we found the right remote control it was great. The TV was also a bit of a learning curve.

We enjoyed our stay and we were especially thrilled that the staff made a special and fun breakfast for our granddaughter. We enjoyed wine in the evenings and the backyard was spacious and comfortable.
I think that the Costco size toiletries ( Head and Shoulders??) were out of sync with how nice the property was. The products set out for use were cheap and I wish I had brought my own. At the very least pouring them into nice containers would have gone a long way to fit the ambiance of the room.

The Inn itself was lovely. The rooms were very comfortable, with lots of room. The staff were very friendly and the breakfast was excellent. Plus, they had a wine and appetizer hour from 5 to 6, which was a lovely treat.
The one room that we stayed in, at the front of the house, did not have its own air conditioning control so we froze while in it. Other than that everything else was fantastic.
