The staff, especially the evening person at the front desk (Danae?) were absolutely wonderful, making us feel truly at home. The venue had history and character, the rooms were tastefully furnished, and everything was spotless. It would be an incredible place to hold a special event. The warm pastries left outside each door in the morning were really special! Gourmet sweet and savory items like bacon egg danishes, cinnamon rolls, and chocolate croissants. Coffee, tea, water, dishes and glassware were available as well in a welcoming little common area, making it easy to enjoy treats back in the room after a full day out.

The ladies on reception were outstanding at customer care, the best we had on the whole of out trip, courteous, professional and so helpful, we will think of them when we play our records ! ( they helped us have them shipped to hotel) The room was large and clean and it was a 10 minute walk to the Plaza. Only 6 rooms so nice and quiet with a communal kitchen area where you can put your cold drinks and food. Big carpark. We loved it and the morning pastry and coffee was a bonus.

room 3 needs a sofa or comfy chair.

Excellently appointed room, super clean, very quiet, easy check-in, easy to connect to the Wi-Fi. Thoughtful touches that make travel much more enjoyable and comfortable, whether for business or leisure.

My only “better-ifs” are: - the mattress was much too soft - it wasn’t possible to find a way to turn the aircon or patio light off - no one was at the property at check-in or later in the day (Tue, 4.30pm) - would’ve been good to have seen someone But compared to the excellent quality stay, these are minor points!

It was lovely to have fresh pastries delivered to our door each morning. And very nice to have the dining table/kitchenette area available so we could bring food back to the Inn. If the weather had been warmer we would have definitely enjoyed the private patio annd chairs outside our room. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful and we enjoyed their recommendation for dinner at The Depot. The Christmas tree and holiday decorations were beautiful.

A small table would have been nice so we could sit in the room and enjoy coffee in the morning.

A cozy inn near the Sonoma square. Very clean and the staff were welcoming. The older woman who greeted us (I completely forgot her name) gave us a tour, recommendations for dinner, and gave me a bottle of wine since I was celebrating my birthday (which happened to be the same day as hers 😊). We stayed in the 2-bed room and it was very spacious with a small walk in closet, large bathroom with walk in shower, and enclosed patio with chairs. They provide free water bottles, fresh brewed coffee in the morning, and delicious breakfast pastries delivered to your room every morning. There is a small open space near the rooms where the coffee is in the morning, and it has a table, microwave and small fridge where you can put food into. There is no microwave or fridge in the room.

The mattresses were extremely soft memory foam, which we are not a fan of. We would laugh at just how much our bodies would sink in. We could also hear our neighbors and others walking around, so we were glad that there was not an event happening during our stay.

Wonderful stay in Sonoma! We were welcomed by the most friendly receptionist ever! This older lady is a gem for this hotel. The room was very spacious and comfortable with a lovely big balcony where they had two very comfortable lounging chairs ready to relax. And the super fresh pastries in the morning were amazing! Also a water cooker (and the best tea choices), coffeemaker and water complimentary available in your room. Definitely going to recommend this one to all our friends! Last; free parking in front of the hotel and very secure.

We LOVED our stay at Seven Branches. The balcony was gorgeous and perfect to enjoy a drink or snack. Our bathroom was huge which was nice. The bed and linens were extremely comfortable. I loved the common area and how easy it was to access water, glasses, coffee, etc. Don’t even get me started on the pastries. That was amazing and an absolute perfect touch. Made our morning and they were delicious. Also, I loved being walking distance from the plaza.

Everyone was helpful and friendly. Danny was especially great to us! I advised Marcy (?) of potential loudness in room next door and she offered an upgrade at partner hotel. We ended up not needing it though. She also provided wine and rose petals after me off handedly advising her my girlfriend and I were to get engaged during our stay! Wow.....that was amazing! Will be back and recommend to others! The morning pastries were a nice touch!

Lights on the balconies were too bright at night. Also, trim the balcony plants back. Phone screen in room too bright at night, had to cover it up.

Seven Branches exceeded our expectations. Superior king room was as large, comfortable and well appointed as many 5* hotels I’ve stayed in. Location was the perfect distance to walk to Sonoma town square. The dedicated kitchen area for guests had everything you need for morning coffee + tea, and the pastries delivered to the room were a lovely bonus. Great spot for those who want comfort and quiet, but don’t need a restaurant, pool or spa services on site. Would definitely stay here again!

Hallways are a bit noisy and sound/talking can be heard inside the rooms.

The breakfast pastries were phenomenal. SO yummy. We really liked being a few blocks off the plaza. It was more quiet and we enjoyed the walk in for lunch and dinner. The staff was very friendly and helpful.

We would have liked a coffee maker in the room. There were coffee makers in the common area for all 6 rooms to fuel up just a few steps from our room and a really nice robe to wear. Not a deal breaker. It was such a quaint boutique type of hotel. Very comfy and a great vibe.
