Reasonable price. Very comfortable beds. Really liked the makeup mirror and sitting area for applying makeup. Friendly staff.

So full disclosure, when we arrived we got our key and opened the door to the room and it was not clean! It looked like someone had a party in the room. Went back to office, she remedied it quickly and gave us a nicer room and a bottle of wine! It just left a little odd feeling about the place to start us off. Honestly in all my years of travel that was a first. But as I said it was quickly dealt with and we ended up with a decent stay.

Napa is my home town and I come back a few times a year to visit my family. The prices of hotels have sky rocketed in the past few years and I am always on the search for something afordable and comfortable. This is the first time I have stayed at the Chablis Inn, and while the location isn't in fancy downtown Napa, it is situated in a very central location with easy access to Starbucks and Round Table right across the street, and a short car ride to a shopping center that contains a Whole Foods, Target, and Trader Joes. As for the hotel room itself, it was just LOVELY. This owners did a complete remodel this past year and they thought of everything to make the room perfect! For those of us who appreciate good lighting and plenty of outlets for our devices, you will not be disappointed. The rooms are large and well lit, with brand new furnishings that are clean and modern. This is now my favorite affordable hotel in Napa and I will return!

Affordable for a hotel in the Napa Valley, older 50’s hotel with nicely refurbished rooms that are comfortable. Just off Highway 29 and across the highway from great shopping center and Tesla chargers.

Shower curtain could have been better to avoid water leaking on bathroom floor. At home we have a curtain liner that has magnets built in to hold curtain against inside of tub. Need to drive a ways to most restaurants.

Room was great. People are SO nice. Comfortable place. Story nearby - food also. I will come back for sure.

Check in was ok - you ring a bell and someone comes from a residential area in the back, and that isn't ideal, but it is happening more often. If it were a B&B, then I'd understand, but it is uncomfortable to feel like you're disturbing someone at home to check into a hotel. But the people here are very, very nice. The second floor balcony/walkway needs some work - it is tilted and seems like it might collapse near the stairs. Some noise from the back.

From the outside the hotel did look a little shabby but I was pleasantly surprised by the high quality of the room, clean, updated and very well appointed. I appreciated details like a full-length mirror, a well-lit vanity and mirror, makeup remover and actual coffee mugs instead of paper cups. A conditioning shampoo would have been helpful since I forgot mine but there is a supermarket across the street and I was able to purchase something for just $1.67. The lady running the hotel was very courteous and helpful and obviously takes pride in her business.

The staff was very friendly, helpful, and diligent. It is located in an excellent location, laundromat in walking distance, as well as an abundance of 5 star restaurants and fast food. Target, gas stations, and the 29 highway are all within 5 miles or less. We came for our sons little league all-star baseball tournament that was only 5 minutes away from the Chablis Inn!

I honestly liked everything. The location and proximity to everything we were looking for in Napa was awesome. I am not an experienced traveler, so proximity was important for me. If we have another opportunity, we will be back! Prices were reasonable, and the room was very clean, comfortable, well equipped, excellent channels, and Wi-Fi strength (we have kids).

Beds comfy, private, Tv & everything worked, great water pressure, perfect all around! I stay here whenever I am in Napa, once a month!

Make sure to request the bottom floor as they lack an elevator. No biggy if you tell them ahead they will get you on bottom.

Easy to check in. I booked it and when I arrived, they had my room keys in a lock box. So convenient!!! I finished me booking in the morning!! Very friendly. Beds are very comfy. Nice pool and hot tub off to the side. Very beautiful.

I like the location of the Chablis Inn. It is easy to walk to many services, businesses and restaurants. They’ve done a great job updating the rooms and it is very clean.

I would like if there was an extra lock, instead of just the deadbolt.
