The property is charming. We were in town for a wedding so we just needed something that was close to the center of town and not too far away from Yountville. Evelyn was gracious and accommodating when we asked to switch rooms from the first floor that was slightly too noisy for us, to a different floor. She was helpful and got us moved quicker than we were expecting which was nice! Thank you, Evelyn, we did I rely appreciated your hospitality!

The lobby can be noisy if there are large groups since it’s a smaller property but there’s not a lot you can do about that.

We liked the location of the hotel. It was 10 minutes away from downtown Napa. It had a Target & Whole Foods close by, making it easy to pick up any necessary supplies. We liked the TV, which allowed you to easily login / sign off of Netflix. The bed was comfy, the room was clean. The decor was modern, so it did not feel stuffy. We could also see our car from the window which was nice for my husband. The pool was also nice. The hot tub was warm and the pool wasn't too cold either. We didn't participate in the continental breakfast but it smelled good. Getting an Uber from the hotel to move around to our locations was easy.

The pool closes too early. The staff allowed us to stay a little longer, but ultimately we were out by around 10:15 PM. I'm not sure if it was the exhaust fan or the light fixture itself, but when we turned on the light in the bathroom there was a constant humming / buzzing sound that gave me a headache. I made me rush through getting ready so I didn't have to stay in the restroom for very long. I didn't like how there weren't a lot of water bottle options to purchase at the main lobby store. Voss water is a little too fancy and unnecessary, otherwise, it was Fiji water, which is fine, but all of them were very small. I'd recommend folks going to Whole Foods or Target to pick up water for their wine weekend.

Staff was incredible and extremely accommodating. Rooms were very clean and very quiet especially being so close to a busy street. Couldn't hear anything.

Honestly for staying the 2 nights we really didn't have any complaints about the hotel or staff. This is only a suggestion due to an allergy which I know doesn't apply to everyone but although they did provide a continental breakfast it was almost all bread related items. I could only eat 2 items out of the entire breakfast. Would like to see a few more gluten free items included. But that didn't hurt my rating of the hotel by any means.

This was the third time I had stayed at the hotel. I had to travel to Napa to have a Knee replacement surgery. This hotel is in a great location, it's away from the main congestion, but only about 5-10 minutes away from Doctors, the hospital, and lots of shopping and restaurants. The staff has gone out of their way to help me get ice since I was having to use a walker to get around. The staff is exceptional, especially Jeffrey. He has always remembered me and my friend and always greetest us as friends.. We will be staying again at the end of June for a follow up Doctor appointment. I can't wait to get away to Napa again and see our friends at the hotel. There is so much to do, or just relax around the pool.

The hotel is being remodeled. the pool area hasn't been available, but at this time a year that's been okay. They have assured us that it will be available soon. They have taken every measure to make it as convenient as possible for all guests.

Just had to share our recent stay at Napa Winery Inn – it's a total game-changer! Seriously, walking into the lobby was like stepping into a breath of fresh air. And the rooms? Recently updated with such style and finesse, you'd think you stumbled into a designer showcase. Plus, that 'new' smell? Pure bliss! Let's talk bathrooms – spacious, modern, and oh-so-inviting! It's like they took a page out of a luxury magazine. And breakfast? While it won't land you on a Michelin guide, it's more than decent and complimentary – can't argue with that! Now, here's the clincher: the staff. Top-notch service with a smile, making you feel right at home. And the icing on the cake? Free parking! Yep, you read that right, free parking in Napa! We were sold by the enticing photos of those revamped rooms, and let me tell you, reality exceeded our expectations. Highly recommend giving it a go – you won't regret it!

Cute, cozy inn. Breakfast was nice, clean and welcoming place. Staff was nice. Rooms were just redone, I believe. Bathroom is nicely decorated and clean, i love all the shelves. Safe. Refrigerator. TV with Netflix login capable. Very comfortable.

The closest thing was a Brazilian steakhouse. Had to drive every where else. Pool was very small. Room was cold. Sliding bathroom door leaves a gap and doesn’t close all the way. Towels are small. First day there was a cement truck whirling outside our window. It was Saturday at 1:00, luckily they left at around 3:00.

Easy to park, nice staff and great groceries in the lobby. Breakfast is 5/10, but OK as it is complimentary. The hotel stays ~25 min from Santa Helena, but ~10 min from Yountville, so it's fair enough for a short stay.

The hotel was going through a bug maintenance worm service just in front of our window and exactly upstairs from our room. As we woke up early in the morning and arrived at the hotel late at night it didn't impact our stay that much. Overall it is a solid hotel for the price they charge.

A perfect travel lodge to stay especially for a couple traveling with a dog and didn't want to spend a fortune on accommodation especially when you rather feel like spending on great food and wine the region has to offer. We drove to Yountville almost everyday in the evening or for lunch and had great experience there and it was nice to go back to this place and fall asleep and getting some rest for the next day.

It depends on your expectations really. We just wanted a nice place to crash and this place met our expectations perfectly so I can't think of any bad things about this place. The staffs were kind and helpful and the room was clean. Although the pet friendly room smelled a bit like being at a vet and the windows were facing the parking with nice tall trees, they were making sure to sanitize the place and had venitian shutters for the windows, we have no complaints there.

Property and rooms were gorgeous and felt so new/clean/fresh. Bed was super comfy and bathroom was lovely. Location was practical.

Each day at night time we ended up with a very strong sewerage smell coming from the bathroom. First morning we asked someone to look at it and they fixed it for the day by pouring cleaner in the sink, but it returned the second night anyway. Only fix was to close the door completely.

I liked the decor, room size and it was clean and newer. The staff was wonderful! Loved having a coffee maker, refrigerator, iron and wardrobe so nice. Parking was fantastic and great location! I loved the interior entry to the hotel and there was a luggage cart. So important. LIghting in room was good with the lamps. Smart TV such a bonus!

Only one key worked when we scanned in at our room. There was a stinky odor to the sink and the sink handle was loose (left). There also was no charging outlet on the right side of the bed (facing it). That was an inconvenience. At least a lamp would have been great with a charging port. There were 3 bath towels, two wash clothes and one hand towel. I would have liked more towels, maybe double set. The ventilation in the bathroom was bad. Steamy mirrors even with the fan on and door opened. Stayed muggy for a while. Would love to have a microwave. All just little things, I would stay there again I believe though!
