It's in a great location, the room was nice but the outer spaces are nicer. Visually the R Inn is beautiful and classy.

Our room had lots of light with shades to block out most light for sleep; however, the inside window from the bathroom to the bedroom was not ideal, as it automatically turned on the light when using the bedroom late into the night. lighting up the enter bedroom. There was a way to turn it off after you entered the bathroom, but it would often turn back on before you made it back to the bed. Also, the fans in the bathroom ran night a day. If you are light sleeper this could be annoying. There was no workaround for this issue or the bathroom light issue.

The location is perfect for downtown exploration. There were no check-in or check-out processes, just door codes sent to your email. There was a bottle of rose waiting for us and plenty of amenities I did not see mentioned when booking. We stayed in the skylight queen room and were met with a fully adjustable mattress, heated toilet with a bidet, rain shower, and more. Waking up to the natural sunlight was also a treat. There are multiple kitchens/pantries fully stocked with snacks, drinks, and cereal for you, as well as pots, pans, plates, and a beautiful stove. I would recommend this location to anyone.

There were additional amenities in the courtyard that did not seem well maintained and that could use some instructions for use. The continental breakfast was just the addition of two bread options to the same snacks that were already out.

Beautiful property! Centrally located! Spotlessly clean! I stayed in loft 11 and loved the amount of space. The bed is super comfy! I did experience some ants getting into the downstairs bathroom and the hotel promptly attended to the issue and even asked if I was interested in moving rooms. I moved into loft 12 which is an exact mirror of loft 11. There is plenty of parking and so many shops and restaurants within walking distance. The hotel was also safe and very quiet. I can’t wait to return! Highly recommend staying here!

The accommodation has been so thoughtfully designed. The room was spacious, spotlessly clean and full of modern touches. The complimentary (and delicious) breakfast was unexpected but appreciated. Staff were helpful and friendly. Location was superb. Right in the middle of downtown Napa.

I can't really fault anything. It was pricey, but so worth it! Thank you! Not a deal breaker, but perhaps considering the option to provide twin (zip/link) beds could be considered?

Check-in/out was easy and efficient, the room was well appointed and very comfortable, and the on-site amenities such as coffee/kitchen were well stocked and appreciated. Was a bit too cold to use the courtyard but it looked like a wonderful place to enjoy a bottle of wine. Location was within walking distance of shops/restaurants, yet quiet and felt safe. On-site parking is convenient and wi-fi was quite good. Highly recommended.

Nothing, great property!

We liked everything about our stay at R Inn! Great location to downtown, free parking, and many amenities. The service was superb. Our room was pristine. We were also able to get a small refrigerator brought in - and since we're on a road trip, we were able to keep our ice packs frozen and food cold. They also allow guests access to a beautiful large kitchen(pictured), which was great for a late night snack or early breakfast. The kitchen was stocked with complimentary yogurt, non-dairy and regular milk, juice, fresh fruit, gluten-free snacks (which I appreciated!) I thought check out was at noon, and they were so kind when I realized it was 11 and gave me extra time. This really was a nice spot - I would highly recommend.

What an incredible 24-hour stay-cation at R Inn!! We were looking for a restful getaway (at the last minute) and R Inn perfectly fit the bill. Since it was a stormy weekend, we wanted a property that had lovely indoor spaces in which to relax and/or read a book. The photos on the website accurately represent how amazing and well-designed the property is... and it's a few blocks from downtown which is very convenient. Our loft suite was stunning--the most comfortable bed and linens (!!), a tub two people could actually fit in and a spacious, spa-like bathroom. It was heavenly and we felt time slow down in the most wonderful way. The mini fridge was stocked with complimentary goodies plus a very good bottle of wine. We had bought provisions at Oxbow Market so we would not have to venture out into the rain--the kitchen was well stocked with plates and such which made our picnic dinner a lovely experience. The service is exceptional. We will definitely return!

Nothing but positives for our one night visit; it was so well thought out for a wonderful stay.

The customer service was excellent! Our room was available early and we were able to get into our room. The room was super cute and clean. Breakfast was amazing and we loved that you could grab snacks and they had the best coffee machine that made all different types of coffees. Also, this property was in the heart of downtown. We walked everywhere and it was so nice not to worry about driving after all of our tastings.

I would have liked a hot tub.

We liked the common areas both inside and outside. The fireplace was nice to sit by on a chilly day and the bocci ball court was fun. The fancy coffee maker was excellent! We also liked the fact that entry was done with keypads, so no keys to fuss with. The location is also very good for walking around downtown Napa. And we appreciated that the manager let us check in early!

Just one small observation that was that there didn’t seem to be quite enough storage space in our room to lay out our personal items (small sink area and no closet to hang clothes or put suitcases).

The biggest perk of all for me with The R Inn,is that it's a 100% self operated property.Check in, using amenities, coming & going, checking out was super fast & smooth compared to your average hotel because they provided all of the info that I needed to do so upfront.I never had to contact staff for one thing. #introvertapproved

There was a little residual (hair) left in the shower drain from the previous guest that could have used some extra attention.
