The location was phenomenal! There are so many cafes and wineries that are walking distance from the hotel! On top of that it is just a short trip from where the wine train and hot air balloon shuttles depart if that is on your itinerary. The roof top bar was very nice and had amazing views as well. I also really loved the fire place on the patio.

The battery of the lock device on our room door died. There were multiple instances where we'd go all the way up to the room to find we could not get into the room and had to keep going to the front desk. We went and got new keys multiple times before a technician was sent to fix the door lock itself.

Beautiful facilities, close to shopping and dining, friendly and helpful staff, on-site restaurants, spa. Great room service from the Sky and Vine. My husband had the chicken sandwich and fries and we ordered spicy wings. Very tasty. Comfortable bed and pillows. Clean room. Nice big Tv. We enjoyed the balcony with a fireplace. Extremely great service from everyone

Smallest ice buckets I’ve ever seen. Suggestion: Be nice to have more than one tiny little “face” soap (2x2 inches??) especially for two people two nights. Thankfully I brought a bar of hand soap. Not major complaints but just things that are convenient and could be a tad bit larger. And the little side table that holds maybe a drink or two could be a little larger so two people could put their food or snacks on there. It’s only large enough for one person and there isn’t anywhere else for people to set their food or drinks.

We stayed at the Archer at the end of a two week road trip and it was amazing! The staff communicated really well in the lead up to our stay. Confirmed that our two rooms would be nearby and Lisa (concierge) was incredibly helpful in booking a driver to take us around the wineries. We had to stay an extra night thanks to a BA cancellation and they managed to book us in to the same rooms. The hotel is centrally situated so you have a variety of shops, restaurants and tasting rooms to choose from. The rooms were comfortable, great shower and clean. We had breakfast and a dinner at Charlie Palmer - good menu to choose from - and sunset drinks at the Sky & Vine Rooftop Bar - spectacular views. Would highly recommend staying here, just wish our stay could have been longer.

Lovely interior spaces, friendly staff, fun goodies for our puppy! Nice location with so many cool shops and restaurants! It did feel a bit more like a large hotel than a boutique to me, but still so many nice details in terms of the public spaces that I wouldn’t necessarily call this deterrent.

When we booked our archers den suite, it said Riverview, which there is not from the second floor. The five or 6 AM trash collection was so loud every day. The upstairs restaurant we may have hit on a bad night, but our server didn’t put in one of our orders and by the time we asked about it, the kitchen was already closed. rather than apologizing or offering any suggestions they argued that we hadn’t ordered it.

the location of this hotel is perfect. very close to all the downtown Napa attractions.

all hotels need to have mini fridges that are not stocked with for sale items. i like to put my own beverages, leftovers and medications in a fridge for my usage. this one was not only stocked but partitioned, making it very hard to use for anything else other than drinks. ugh.

Everything! Beautiful hotel, rooms were very nice, quiet, and comfortable. The location was perfect for our group to walk to shopping, wine, and food. The rooftop bar at the hotel was great to top off our days visiting nearby wineries. I highly recommend the Archer and will stay here again!

Comfortable room well supplied. Appealing esthetics in room and lobby. Easy valet parking. Great location.

At rooftop bar, scruffy guy was sitting with jacket draped over bar stool showing "Assholes live forever" imprinted on back. Security guard was nearby but did nothing. Tasteless. No class.

Location; nice room and view. Rooftop bar and grill. The maid did a terrific job every day.

The waiter or cook in the restaurant got breakfast order wrong 3 gays in a row. Also, had to wait too long for our check.Prefer a door in the toilet area in the bathroom. I know you all do it, but paying daily to park our car is a real turnoff.

Your description of the “classic king” room was not correct ( spacious double room, seating area). There was no room even for 2 suitcases to store, and the seating area was a desk! We barely had enough room to get around the bed. Very disappointed! I have booked many rooms through Booking.com and this is the first time the description of room was so wrong. Otherwise, the hotel was fine.

The room was wonderful. We especially loved the fireplace on the patio and the view of downtown. The location made it extremely easy to get out to shop and enjoy the area.

The price jumped $200 per night in the few hours that we first saw the room listing to when I confirmed dates and went to book it. I'm very irritated about having to pay so much extra and about 30% more than usual. We would have used the hotel spa, but we decided to go elsewhere for less money to make up for the room price increase.
