We had a wonderful stay at this cozy inn, just a 10–15 minute walk from downtown Napa. The quiet neighborhood ensured peaceful mornings and restful nights. While on-site parking is limited to three spots, street parking nearby was easy to find. The inn’s warm atmosphere, complete with an electronic wall stove, made our stay extra cozy. The big bathtub was a perfect way to unwind after a day of wine tasting, especially with our own bath ball for a DIY spa experience. Breakfast was a highlight! Each morning started with a fresh fruit salad and a choice of two main courses, along with coffee and orange juice. The meals were delicious and thoughtfully prepared. The beds were incredibly soft and comfortable, ensuring great sleep. Steeped in history, the inn is well-maintained despite its older facilities, adding to its charm. Overall, this inn was the perfect retreat for a Napa getaway. Its cozy ambiance, convenient location, and thoughtful amenities make it highly recommendable for a relaxing stay with a touch of history!

We stayed overnight and we LOVED how old the building looked AND inside! You could spend hours just looking at every piece of detail! Loved the manager running it, very nice, sweet, lady! Loved our room! Loved Breakfast in the morning and it's close to the main attractions too, you can't go wrong here!

That we're illiterate because we didn't read about the air conditioner looking machine able to produce HEAT as well, hahaha, totally our fault!

Absolutely beautiful old Historic Building with so much detail inside the house. The Breakfast was absolutely delicious freshly cooked with fab delicious ingredients. We found the staff so very welcoming and they made us feel so very welcome from the time we entered the house. We loved our stay here. Our room was very comfortable and clean crispy linen we had everything we needed in our room. Everything was great. The location was really good we were able to walk to the main center and walk about and dine and enjoy a glass of wine without having to drive anywhere. My Husband and I loved our stay here. As a solo traveler, the small room was quaint and fit my needs. I liked that it had a big closet to store my suitcase, a regular hairdryer, and a mini refrigerator. The breakfast options were basic, but the food was good. The owner was nice and very knowledgeable about the area. It was very easy to walk the few blocks to many restaurants, shops, and the Napa River Walkway.

I didn't mind that the sink was in the main part of the room. The toilet and shower were built into the corner of the room so there wasn't a lot of space between the toilet and the door. You have to leave the door open to dry off or stand in the shower. The shower was really nice though. Netflix was supposed to be available on the TV, but the internet wasn't connected so it didn't work. It wasn't a big deal as the TV had basic channels with Dish Network.

Location was wonderful. Adorable house and grounds. Room was large and comfortable. Owners were pleasant folks.

They didn’t clean up the room at all. We really just wanted the trash emptied and bed made up, but they didn’t even check the room. When you’re paying over $350 a night, I thought that would be standard. There was nothing saying we had to ask for service, so we were a little miffed by that. The breakfast was ok; not great. They served a strange cold goopy oat and fruit dish both mornings that was inedible for me.

Home is gorgeous, Room 4 King Deluxe was a wonderful stay, and breakfast was fantastic!! I loved talking to Kristyn each morning, the choice between sweet and savory was excellent. I went with savory all 3 days and had a burrito, eggs Benedict, and chilaquiles. Sweet options looked divine. Location was perfect- in the residential area but as close to businesses as you can get. Walked everywhere.

Beautiful bed and breakfast in an old historic mansion. We enjoyed the architecture and decor. The breakfast was especially good. And it was walking distance to downtown Napa. It was an overall excellent experience. I would stay here again.

The shower water pressure and consistency of temperature could have been better in the shower. The bed is a little high, felt like a big climb to get into it, but it was comfortable.

It was a beautiful property reminiscent of the original Bed & Breakfasts, in a cozy, quaint historical home. The entire staff was always friendly & helpful and treated us like friends & family. The morning breakfasts were cooked fresh, and very delicious. It was all very welcoming!

All the stairs were a challenge after running a marathon 😬, but aside from that, everything was lovely!

The property is super cute and very well located to downtown Napa. Plenty of street parking in addition to the on-site parking. Daily breakfast was delicious. No central AC, but the window/bedroom units worked well. Staff was friendly and helpful.

You may need to carry your luggage up/down stairs due to the historic nature of the property. No conditioner in the shower, although there was plenty of shampoo, body/hand wash, and lotion.

This is a beautiful home, very nostalgic and very clean. The bed was comfortable but the room we had the roof was sloped and I hit my head on the wall. Otherwise I would definitely stay here again.

The only downfall was the breakfast. We had the second seating for breakfast, which is at 9:15 AM. A hostess came out after we sat down and just said good morning to us. Next thing she laid in front of us were I think eggs Benedict. We had no choice of what type of breakfast to eat and I am not a fan of eggs Benedict. My girlfriend is and she said they were the worst she’s ever had. I think next time you should let the people know what you are serving for breakfast and if there’s any other alternatives.
