Staff were great even gave us an upgrade for our stay. Very informative and gave us a map with a tonne of locations to check out. Has a outdoor elevator to get your luggage up to the second floor balcony Great covered parking if you get there earlier then others. Very comfortable floating bed and nice bathroom space.

Elevator takes it time to move when you call it but i wouldn't knock the rating down for that. Always a stair case next to it if you need to run down the srairs

Front desk staff was great funny guy and was very knowledgeable i forgot his name but he mention to us he was going to see George Lopez the night we stayed. kids loved the pool our stay here was exelent.

the only thing i could say bad about this was the parking went out to a late dinner with my spouse and when we returned there was absolutely no parking we ended up having to park our car on the street about a block away. other than that it was a great stay.

You really can’t beat this location for the price. It’s exceptionally located. Just a short walk to anywhere in downtown Napa. My room was also very spacious and comfortable.

The wifi was very slow so I don’t recommend you try to work from the hotel. I guess I couldn’t tell by the photos, but this hotel is open, meaning the hall with your room door are directly outside. This surprised me.

Great location in downtown Napa, within easy walking distance to multiple restaurants, shops, and Oxbow Public Market. Near the riverfront for walks. Comfortable beds. Heater is loud but works well. Nice staff. Getting to the room doors requires hotel key to access.

Poor wifi connection. Room with two doubles was small, especially the bathroom. Carpet feels old, and the floor could be cleaner. Walls are thin and easy to hear neighbors through them.

The room was very clean and the mattress/bed was super comfy. There is a coffee machine and a fridge. Anything downtown Napa is walkable. Lots of food/drinks options nearby. The person at the reception was very friendly and gave us some recommendations.

The blind were broken and the light woke me up really early in the morning. The second day we couldn't find parking inside, we had to park on the street, which was easy enough but annoying, there are fewer parking spots than rooms and it's first come first served.

Nice, comfortable room on the 2nd floor with a beautiful wooden ceiling. The presence of an elevator was a pleasant surprise for a motel. The location is excellent, and the staff is helpful and friendly. Spacious free parking.

The air conditioning was a bit noisy.

We were assigned the wrong type of room. By the time it wax found out, they had moved another couple into our room. But thanks to the evening desk person and the morning desk person everything was worked out and we were very happy with the resolution. Very nice staff!

A bit of touch up paint could make things look even better.

In downtown area, but just off the main streets by the courthouse. Very quiet there and a block or 2 walk to downtown restaurants. Great place to stay and not crazy busy. Older hotel but rooms renovated and comfortable. Parking is inside the courtyard, some covered. Close to Blue Note, went there for a music event.

The receptionist, Geary, was incredibly kind and welcoming. He gave us the best recommendations for exploring Napa, and his helpfulness and genuine care made our stay truly special. We’ll definitely be coming back thanks to him.
