We liked how close it was to downtown, providing ease of access to activities. The room was spacious. The staff at the desk and the valets were very helpful and courteous.

The maid service did not always replenish the rooms supplies as expected. We ran out of toilet paper as there was no spare roll. One day we did not receive any new glasswear or a bag for the ice bucket. Otherwise they did a good job. Also, we had to use a roll-away bed and the pullout couch. Neither had an adequate mattress and were uncomfortable. One major dislike was I went down to the bar for a glass of orange juice one morning. The cost for one small cup of orange juice, with what the bartender described as a surcharge, was $15. That was completely unreasonable and dissuaded us from patronizing the hotel restaurant.

Our suite was super spacious, with a big living/dining room, huge bedroom, two good sized bathrooms. The kitchen was great to prepare some simple meals for our self and our toddler. We had a great balcony overlooking the river. The swimming pool and hot tub was great, we always found space at a cabana to shade from the sun. And the staff were awesome, very friendly and attentive. The car valets were awesome and made coming and going a breeze. Overall it was super comfortable and a perfect base for exploring Napa and Sonoma.

Parts of the property were pretty worn/tired (like the carpet, walls, baseboards, etc). Our fridge freezer didn’t work very well so we couldn’t keep anything frozen. There were zero basic cooking essentials like salt, pepper, oil. One night there was an event in the courtyard below us which was quite loud until about 10pm, which was pretty disruptive to our peaceful evening drinking wine on the patio.

I didn't try the breakfast this time. I was happy to see coffee available in the lobby and it was always maintained and fresh!

I think it would be great if you could eat dinner at the tables behind the bar. It seems like that space was not being used at night, only for breakfast. My group ate dinner at the bar and others were eating at the couches. It was raining so no one was outside.

We had a suite with bedroom and sitting room and balcony. We were traveling with two small dogs (extra charge). Very good kitchenette. East access to outside dog-walking area along the river. Morning coffee located in lobby. Evening wine-tasting provides by local wineries. Across the street from the Wine Train depot. Lots of open space and within an easy walk to a good variety of cafes and restaurants.

Valet parking ONLY but it was convenient and the attendants were very helpful. Small pool area, which was crowded and noisy during peak family time.

Property was beautiful. We loved walking so easily into downtown Napa from the hotel. The pool looked amazing and we wished we’d we could’ve had more time on the property.

We didn’t have any extra pillows or bedding for the pull out couch. It was frustrating having to call once we were trying to go to sleep but the response time was fast.

The reviews don’t give justice for the service and amenities offered at this hotel. The customer was phenomenal and consistent, it was clean, friendly and attentive.

Spacious. Location

Gym too small and crowded. We had to switch rooms because the fridge was broken however we were upgraded.

Location was very good with multiple venues within walking distance. Also, the river backdrop made it feel like we were not in town but was very private.

Stopped in for breakfast, was seated and never saw a server for 15 minutes so we walked out.
