The front desk staff was exceptionally polite. They were able to check 9 of us in within minutes. They were extremely helplful with any questions regarding where to go, etc. I love the breakfast tickets for Sweetie Pies. The food was great and it was unexpected that breakfast was included. I can't say enough about the staff and the location. Very clean. They even let us use a conference room one night to get together with friends since it was cold outside. A wonderful stay. An added bonus is they have great restaurants on the premises and a lovely gift shop.

Honestly I can't think of any complaints or things I would change.

We loved the location along the river walk first and foremost. It was walkable to several restaurants and tasting rooms. We also enjoyed the complimentary pastries and coffee in the mornings. The staff were exceptionally helpful, and we want to thank Henry especially for all of his recommendations. We also got to participate in a complimentary wine tasting in the lobby during our stay, so that was a nice touch.

The facilities could be updated a little, but overall no complaints

Prime location. Lots of great food around within walking distance. Great view over looking the river. Beautiful property. Very charming. Staff was very friendly.

There is a strong perfume odor in the hallways that is clearly masking an underlying musky odor. The rooms, while clean, could stand to be updated a little. The bed is on the softer side, which some may like, but I prefer a firmer mattress.

The hotel staff provided us $10 credit to eat breakfast at “Napa General Store” and when going for breakfast at this place an individual by the name DREW treated us very rude and nasty. We decided to go somewhere else for breakfast because we didn’t have the time and energy to deal with miserable individuals like DREW. Her disgusting attitude ruined our morning. DREW needs to check her mental health. Big THANK YOU to check in desk BRIAN and bell desk JONATHAN and his trainer.

Access to Sweetie Pie was a big bonus. Bed was comfortable. They accommodated my request for a microwave. Everything was spotless.

Chairs in the room need to be restuffed as they sagged and were a little uncomfortable. Room was located near loading dock that was noisy. Room was a little warm. I prefer the room colder and couldn't get it lower than 68 degrees.

Great location in the heart of downtown. Great small town chic vibes, the staff were extremely friendly. And had a great massage in the Spa. They also give you a great breakfast basket of pastries or you can use the voucher for credit at the bakery next door.

Might of just been when I was there but there was a weird smell in the lobby. Might have been caused by the rain/humidity and it was carpeted.

Very quaint and historic. Bed was very comfortable and staff was helpful. It was in a great location for walks around the downtown. Loved that breakfast was delivered to your room or you could bring a coupon to get your own from the bakery. It was yummy!

I expected to have a view of the river for the amount that I paid, but instead had a view of the parking lot.

The location was fabulous, the facility was fabulous. We loved the bakery, the restaurants, the gift shop and the comfort of our beds.

Our first night, the people in the room above us were up at 5.00 a.m. and made a lot of noise. The ceiling is definitely not sound proof and so we were up much earlier then we would have liked! As mentioned to reception, to plug in the kettle, I needed to unplug one of the other 2 appliances, as there was only one outlet location there. This was a bit inconvenient.

The room itself is amazing and the staff is friendly. They accept dogs.

The hotel doesn't offer much outside the room. It is located in a nice area, but the price paid is too much. There is no pool or anything great about the hotel. I had a room on the third floor of the Plaza building with a view over the river. The view is not worth it. There is a busy road behind it which kills the vibe. Toiletries are not the best ones I've seen. The breakfast is also not a complete breakfast, but a box of 4 pastries from the local shop.

Sweetie Pie was great! Room was very comfortable. It was also spacious. Internet worked perfectly (which doesn't always happen in hotels.) Room was clean.

Could have been more electrical outlets. You have several available but we seem to have so many electrical devices. Room was a little warm. Tried to cool it down but really wasn't able to get it down below 68.
