Location was great. Staff is very nice and facilities are great.

Unnecessarily long wait times. Looks like the staff want prepared for a busy day during holidays. We got our rooms after 2 hours wait and we got there around 4:30. So go our rooms around 6:30. Breakfast was good but again looks like the hotel and staff did not prepare for too many guests. We had to wait in lines, long lines rather, To get our breakfast. The breakfast that they prepare over there every day, was barely available. I want to give shout out to the lady who is cooking in the kitchen. Looks like she was the only one available there because I did not see any other staff besides couple of cleaners here and there. I would love to come back, but not for this same experience with breakfast and wait for check in.

What's there to say? It's a chain hotel with very good but fairly standard characteristics. The hot breakfast is fine.

There are two tiers of wifi: The free version at about 10 mgs is free and we found it adequate to stream, if you want faster speeds you pay an additional $4.95/night. Also there is a daily parking fee of $18, which we got waived, but we did not get the pet fee of $75 for two nights waived. The room is costly enough that I don't appreciate these extra hidden fees.

Great location, quiet, close to restaurants, stores and entertainment

Parking was $18 a day (not disclosed prior to checking in!), and felt unnecessary, as the parking lot was shared by many businesses, breakfast was very unimpressive, and the pillows were so uncomfortable that I ended up going to target and purchasing my own …and the front desk staff were nonexistent

check in and friendliness of staff. location was great. beds were comfy. balcony was nice. breakfast seemed to be enjoyed by many people.

shampoo bottle was empty. could hear the person above me walk around all night. cant tell if it's thin flooring, or heavy stepping. paying for self parking in a shopping center parking lot was a little surprising. the tub was weirdly shallow.

The facility is in good shape, not new, but well kept. There was a really nice outside fireplace area that was a bonus and the pool was nice too. Ample parking and access. The hotel is in sort of an outdoor mall with a number of good eating options, a Target, and a large movie theatre. The breakfast area was comfortable and the breakfast was standard Hampton Inn fare, which is passable.

Parking was not free ($15 per night); not expensive, but a bit of a pain. You could hear people walking around in the room above us. It was pretty loud at times. It is not located near to anything you would want to see in Napa, so a car is required. Having said that, the downtown is only about 10 minutes drive away.

We were able to drop off our luggage at 1pm. It was great that the checkin counter was open 24 hours a day because we came back at 11pm to finish check in and get our luggage. The breakfast was surprisingly good. The room was clean and it great shape.

It was way too expensive. Cost over $500 for 3 of us to just sleep there and eat breakfast. It was made even worse that we had to pay for parking.

Brilliant customer service, particularly from the managers at the front desk. Unfortunately my friend had an emergency and needed to leave urgently. The manager Darion was exceptional and so supportive in helping.

Sound proofing from the hotel hallways to the bedrooms, due to other guests being noisy coming home late.

The staff were super friendly and helpful. The room was immaculate and had everything we needed. The pool was warm even though it was outside and the sitting area with the fireplace was beautiful. Absolutely the best hotel and the best experience ever.

There was nothing that I did not like

Kitchen could have been better. Fridge was smaller than most suites at other hotels that don’t charge for a fridge and microwave. I paid more for this suite. We stayed at Best Westerns along the trip, and all of them had a fridge and microwave included. Some even had a range and sink for no extra charge.

Enjoyed the free daily breakfast to start our day, loved the convenience of the hotel to downtown and wineries. We loved there was a target and fast food in the same plaza as the hotel. Staff was friendly and rooms were clean at a reasonable price. Also loved free parking.
