Ease of check in and location was close in proximity to the Blue Note Summer Session at the Meritage. Lots of places nearby as well. Parking was a breeze, but only one elevator in the middle of the property. Pool and spa area were not used during our stay but the area looked clean and I would definitely enjoy the space if we had the time. Honestly, it beats some of the other local hotels (Napa Marriott I'm talking to you). It was just as comfortable as downtown Napa, etc and the price can not be beat. I would 100% stay there again.

We had a room for three people, but there was only enough kcups for two people and no creamer. A nice keurig is provided but not all the coffee comforts.

Room was nice,very clean,great walk in shower,nice balcony, kind of pricey, especially for not offering a free breakfast. You get breakfast at hotels for 75- 125 per night.we stayed at 4 different hotels on our 7 day trip and all offered a hot breakfast.1 very nice hotel near Sonoma was 153 per night and had a fantastic breakfast..get with the times..

No breakfast offered, no half and half at lobby just fake coffee creamer for a room at $ 266.00 per nite...terrible.

Lovely gem just a little out of Napa. Clean well equipped rooms lovely comfy bed and really quiet considering the intersection outside. Nice little pool and spa pool too. Staff on check in and out very friendly and the housekeeping team too

Bathroom fan was a little noisy but didn’t hamper my stay may have been more annoying for the upstairs guests

For the most part, everything was perfect. The room was very clean and comfortable, the staff was very hospitable, and it was overall a very good stay.

The only issue was that the walls were very thin. For instance, I could hear every conversation that was being had word for word by the hotel pool and hot tub while I was in my room with the door closed. Also, I could hear every footstep from the guests staying above me.

We arrived at 2:30am because of flight cancellations. Reception staff was welcoming, friendly, efficient. Bed big and comfortable, room temperature was adjustable, shower was great.

Trivial things; could use another towel rail in the bathroom and another bathmat (tiled floor was cold and we ended up hopping between islands of towels). Relocate toilet paper roll to a place you can reach from the toilet. There was no breakfast but plenty of diners close by.

The room was spacious and comfortable. We really appreciated the complimentary crib for our baby. The shower had excellent water pressure and consistently hot water. The staff was very friendly and polite, and they quickly prepared our room when we arrived.

The air conditioning system was very noisy and disrupted our sleep. Additionally, water from the shower leaked onto the bathroom floor, which was inconvenient. Another issue was that for check-in, we had to provide the names of all guests, which seemed unnecessary.

Clean, updated, spacious rooms. Everything works, hot tub and pool area clean. Gym was tidy and clean. Mini fridge and microwave were very convenient as was the location. Staff was super friendly and helpful. Shower was huge and bathroom was very nice. Bed was comfortable, a few minutes away from the best breakfast in town, La Cheve.

Honestly can’t think of anything

The location was great, surrounded by so many restaurants and stores for shopping if needed, liquor store next door and gas station across the street. Would definitely come back wasn't to far from the wineries about 30-40 min drive. The place seemed very secure as well there was a locked door than you can only enter with a key card before going to where the rooms were located. It was also very nicely renovated. Overall was a great stay. Oh and front staff were very nice too especially when I lost my key cards when I had literally just checked in.

The water pressure wasn't the best when showering but that it's pretty much it.

Simple, comfortable and cheap stay to explore Napa Valley. It offers ample free parking. There are several franchise restaurants in the shopping center across the street, and the city center is not far away, where there are other more elaborate local restaurants. We visited Castillo di Amorosa and Domaine Carneros, both fantastic.

There is breakfast for an additional fee, but we prefer to buy it at the supermarket. The room had no view, it faced an internal courtyard.

Clean and location was great!

The lighting in the room was dim even with all the lamps on. Prefer brighter lightbulbs to make it better to see. Especially if you want to do your makeup in the bedroom mirror while the other person uses the bathroom mirror. I thought it was a bit pricey but I guess because it’s Napa, it was a bit higher cost than other Best Westerns I’ve stayed at in other states.
