1. the location near the river : a 20m walk to downtown. for the price and features : you can't find anything cheaper in that area: 151$ per night (incl tax). 2. free private parking near every room. 6 min walk to Wallmart. 3. great WiFi : 148Mbps download 60Mbps upload with some ports blocked. Whatsapp Video works. 4. each trailer has fully equipped kitchenette. you just need to bring toothpaste . they even give you salt + pepper and few dishwasher tablets. 5. the laundry room has free machines and dryers. no coins. no quarters needed. you can even get free detergents from the office 6. if you book via booking dot com you don't need to pay the extra 20$/stay (other customers so pay) . 7. upon check in they will take 100$ deposit (for future damage) 8. nice pool and hot tub. 9. quiet area with lots of places to do BBQ. 10. bedroom has a really comfortable bed. 11. lots of storage in the cabinet. 12. heating/cooling via Samsung A/C : which works really well and quiet. 13. hot water in bath all day.

1. the living room sofa can be opened to a queen bed but its springs will squeak on every move. 2. the lock for the trailer is very simple , if you loose a key you will be charged for 100$. my advice: duplicate the key in the nearby Wallmart (they have a compatible key machine for 5$). The area is quite safe and you have an inner chain to double lock the door from the inside. 3. the trailer interior shows wear and age but all is working as expected. do not overload the toilet or you will have to use the provided vacuum pump 4. some of the LED bulbs are cold white : some people will love it , but this color makes me sad. I really appreciate warm light. 5. the microwave is also a convection microwave : a combination that works but will never work as good as a real oven.

RiverPointe is quiet and pleasant, located right by a walkway on the river. It's conveniently located near town and has a well equipped kitchen when you don't want to go out for every meal and appetizer. Each unit has it's own deck and outdoor table and it was a pleasant place to hang out. This also was a good value for a town that tends to run very expensive.

If you fold out the soft bed for an extra person, it eats up all of the living room space - really though, they efficiently use the space and if it's just one person, they can sleep on the couch without it folded out for increased space and ease.

The place is very cute, and it's so nice to be able to open the front doors and all the windows and let the cool breeze come through. We shared the patio with my in-laws, so we ate outside most nights, had a BBQ, and would just walk around the place without worrying about locking anything up. It was kind of luxury camping, which I think is better than staying at a boring hotel. Our daughter met some other girls and played and went swimming with them. Great if you have a kid or two..

I think if the toilet was a bit updated and if we had a larger bed like my in-laws, it would've been a bit better, but not much to complain about. It would be nice if they had two-bedroom cottages, but that's about it.

Minor points: # Check-in hours ended at 9pm. We told them we'd be arriving late and had to wait 3-4 minutes for their answering service to pick up the phone. Once they picked up, they were helpful and checkin was smooth thereafter. # Would be nice if they served breakfast. Again, these are minor suggestions - overall, this is a very nice property, and we'd love to return!

I had such a lovely and peaceful stay at RiverPointe Napa Valley Resort. One of the highlights was definitely the river walk, it's quiet, serene, and the perfect way to start or end your day. The whole atmosphere of the resort felt like a calm little retreat tucked away in nature, yet still close to everything Napa has to offer. While the resort doesn’t serve breakfast, the staff more than makes up for it with their friendly attitude and amazing local recommendations. Thanks to their tips, I discovered some fantastic breakfast spots nearby, highly recommend asking them if you’re not sure where to go! Overall, a charming and relaxing stay. I’d absolutely come back again.

Very cute colourful houses, and being near a little trail by the river is a great plus! Also, big supermarket in walkable distance.

The whirlpool didn't work at the time. Despite many of the houses being clearly vacant, we had a team of construction workers / handymen right beside ours (staying there, not doing construction there), with their huge trucks and very loud talking and motor noise very early in the morning when they left for work. Front desk handled it very professionally when we mentioned it and they indeed were quieter after that, but it would have been nice if the room placements were planned better. We booked half a year in advance so surely it should have been possible to place expectedly loud guests by trade elsewhere with some foresight.

Most everything - location was PERFECT (near Walmart & wineries), beds even the fold out & super comfy, staff was really nice and gave a great breakdown of everything at check in, facilities (POOL yasss) - all fantastic! Even the unit layout was great - lots of closet space/drawers, full sized fridge, microwave, coffee machine, electric kettle and a DISHWASHER bc the cabinets have full dishes / glasses etc. Even the little treats they left were very sweet! The parking was easy right in front of the unit, added plus. I only stayed two nights, but could easily stay a week no probably bc of the kitchen. I stayed with my sister in unit 27 and my other sister + baby + husband were in the next door unit 26 and so we shared a little patio / table seating area where were all hung out - SUCH a great bonus.

The only thing that bugged me was the cleanliness. The fold out bed had dirty sheets on it / cleaning staff might've forgotten and the floors were dusty/dirty. The fix for the fold out bed is that there were a couple blankets that we used instead of clean sheets (front desk closes at 5pm and we noticed sheets around 9:30pm when we were going to bed so couldn't get clean ones). Floors we just wore our sandals around the living room / hall.

This was a great place to stay in Napa. It was the same price as a bad motel that we stayed in on a previous visit. It was so nice to have a open plan living room- dining area- kitchen as well as a separate bedroom and a bathroom. Also, it was located right next to a beautiful Napa river walking trail. We will definitely stay here the next time we visit Napa.

There was nothing negative to mention.

The whole single-wide trailer was a good size. But the bedroom felt small with all of the extra storage space which I think is unnecessary. It's more places to lose your things! If you took away the built-in desk, bureau and armoire at the foot of the bed, you'd have more space to move around the small bedroom. There's a double-door mirrored closet that has plenty of space for storing clothes for a week. Having the living area and kitchenette was perfect. We could bring leftovers home from a restaurant and have a place to store it. The patio just outside the trailer was great! I loved having a place to sit right outside.

Bedroom with the king size bed is a little small. There should be less furniture.

Fantastic family friendly focused accomodation, with comfortable cabins. The staff were absolutely fantastic and assisted with every question we had, went over and above to ensure a comfortable stay and gave great recommendations for activities and food. The wine tastings and evening activities put on by the team were also really appreciated and made the stay very homely.
