The room we had was beautiful and newly renovated that we were surprised of the new furnitures, and upgraded bathroom with bidet and rainhshower bath. Very well appointed!

There was alot of construction going on and alot of the hotel area was closed off due to the renovation. We just wished we were told ahead of time, We had to check in at a side door into a little room and had to shuttle or walk a long way to the breakfast area and restaurant. But, I'm sure it will be beautiful once all the renovations are done and it will be amazing!

The rooms at Embassy Suites by Hilton Napa Valley are truly out of this world, to an extent that’s hard to describe. They’ve thought of everything and executed it to the highest standard. The electric amenities, wine fridge, luxurious bathtub and shower, and even the automatic nightlight that turns on under the bed the moment you get up — every detail is designed for an exceptional experience. Without a doubt, this is the best room I’ve ever stayed in, and I highly recommend it. Don’t miss out!

A part of the hotel is under renovation, so access to the dining room was problematic.

Loved the fire pit. Room was very large and comfy. Bathroom and amenities were excelleagain finished. All staff wete excellent. Breakfast was very good chef excellent and so very accommodating and friendly. Nespresso was great. Loved the coffee. Dyson hair dryer was great but maybe not necessary as less expensive dryers can do the same.

2-ply toilet paper would be nice. A light in the hutch would have been helpful vs having to turn on all the overhead lights. Bathroom should have a towel rack near sink for hand towels.

The grounds were beautiful and rooms were spacious! Overall a very pleasant experience Each morning we had a delicious full breakfast and happy hour every night too. This was definitely a Plus!!

Although we had a beautiful stay, the only things I can say that we were disappointed in was the temperature of the room. No matter how we set the thermostat, the heat was pumping all night that really made our first night uncomfortable. After alerting the front desk, they explained that is how it is at night, no AC just heat. They provided a box fan for comfort, but it didn’t help much so we had to open the sliding door at night, that didn’t even have a screen. One other disappointment, was the fee for parking. it wasn’t even valet? i felt the parking fee was too high.

Nice room and excellent pool area. Evening beverage reception is cool. Napa is a great place with good restaurants and cafes

Upon arrival there was a debate about the number of people in my reservation - receptionist wanted me to pay extra cost which was not professional. Finally it was not needed but not a good start honestly. Gym was under renovation which was not indicated in advance. Too loud music in the courtyard early in the morning

Everything was exceptional. From room service to hot daily breakfast every morning and happy hour at 5pm. All the amenities in the room was amazing and the location is so close to downtown napa 15min walk. Front Desk was very helpful and everyone was so nice. Definitely recommend.

There was renovations going on but didn't bother us during the stay. Hope to see how the new front desk will be like.

I enjoyed everything about the remodel. It’s definitely an upgraded experience. Last time we were here was on our anniversary February of last year when they were under construction on the side we stayed at this time around.

That we had to walk around the building for dining and breakfast as it was not accessible to the side we were on. Even though, it was nice that they had a shuttle service especially since my husband is disabled.

The grounds and reception areas are beautiful. The restaurant and bar had good drinks and food. The decor was nice in the restaurant. The swans and ducks were amazing. Breakfast and nightly reception were excellent. Outside sitting area and garden areas are perfect for lounging and enjoying the scenery. Perfect place for a post breakfast paint date and chill.

The whirlpool was moldy, and the water was lukewarm. In addition, it was not filled to the correct levels, so water was splashing out of the holes. It was a large gaping patch of paint missing in the ceiling with huge black mole spores showing through. The paint around the approximately 12 x 12 hole was hanging and cracked in the ceiling over the pool. The bed was terrible,just terrible. Hard and uncomfortable. My back was in pain for days after I slept on it.

Most definitely a disappointment regarding the traditional breakfast I'm used when I stay at the Embassy Suites Hotels. I usually get the grilled vegetables for my breakfast. I did however enjoyed my room and the staff.

I thought the $25 for parking was a bit excessive because you could actually park on the street for FREE!!!!

breakfast set up was pretty horrible .... temp quarters, but even so breakfast was NOT up to Embassy Suites standards having stayed at Embassy Suites in many other places ... horrible paper plates, tepid food (not hot or even warm)

had I know the breakfast substitute arrangements I would have just skipped it all together
