location was good. breakfast was a little weak. bedding was spectacular. heated floor in the bathroom was very nice and tub with bath salts was very inviting. great porch with comfy chairs overlooking the pool area.

lot of construction going on around the area, so workmen trucks took up a lot of the regular parking. we have an electric car and had asked if they had a charger on site, which they did. and this was one of the reasons that we had chosen this place. it was our intention to charge the car overnight for our trip home the next day. we plugged it into the charger, but unfortunately the charging failed because the units needed to be reset by staff. so we had to take an hour the next morning to find a supercharger site and sit there while it charged up.

Greatly enjoyed "The Library" and the breakfast $40 credit. Breakfast's avocado toast was delicious. Loved the coffee, tea, and decaf available 24/7. If I had more time, I would have played one of the board games on the shelves. Loved the fire pit facing the vineyard and happy that it was easy to turn on ourselves (didn't have to bother a staff member). LOVED our corner room #20!!

The minor inconveniences - leaves in the hot tub, the hot tub jets were aggressive and splashed UP and IN to the tub rather than soothing. A little awkward to sit in the hot tub with people working out so close. (privacy screen of vines/lattice possible?).

A serene hotel experience tucked away between the redwoods and vines. If you wake up early you’ll get to catch people take off in hot air balloons. A contemporary design and very clean. We loved the restroom design and shower. The toiletries had a clean, spa-like smell. Parking is free and near the rooms. We did a wine tour in Yountville, and the trip was very convenient from this hotel.

If you plan to stay this October, check to make sure the AC and hot tub are fixed, provided those are things you require for your stay. Our room was a little too warm overnight, we were offered a box fan but it wasn’t able to circulate the air (and a little too loud to sleep with).

Great property located in Napa close to majority of the wineries. Only a 30 min drive even to Calistoga. The vineyard view rooms are fantastic. Rooms are modern and spacious and so are the bathrooms. The hotel itself feels modern and nice. The pool, hot tub and fitness center are all great additions. The onsite cafe/restaurant is useful and has some decent food options if you want to stay back and enjoy. If you have an EV, they have a bunch of chargers located around the property. Some Tesla ones and some other ones which is a nice convenience to have, especially complimentary.

Unfortunately, the pool water was freezing cold and hard to get in even when it was warm outside. Other hotel patrons said they had asked the staff about it multiple times. I also complained to the staff and to their credit they did go check it after and it got warmer the following day but the damage was done.

This is like a boutique hotel. Location is excellent. Staff couldn't have been nicer. Property is very pretty. We spent each evening around the fire pit and had wonderful conversation with some other guests. Location is great for Napa town center and visiting wineries. We had a great stay. They even provide great coffee every morning.

I can't think of a thing. They don't have a restaurant on site so some may see this as a negative.We didn't. But they are walking distance to a fabulous Italian Restaurant Don Giovani's. We highly recommend this restaurant.

Dispute being “close” to Highway 29, the Senza is a sweet little property tucked away in the vineyards in its own cozy neighborhood. The architecture and decor blend the old with the new seamlessly. It offers privacy, beauty and modern amenities in a rustic setting. (The hot tub jets are turbocharged). Rachel, the manager showed strong leadership when there was an issue with my third party booking. She intervened and quietly and calmly resolved the issue and upgraded my room. When I offered her thanks, she gave the credit to her employee. Her housekeeping staff is well trained and friendly as well.

Wonderful place to stay. Everything was first class. Excellent appointed and spacious rooms and staff was extremely attentive. They made suggestions on wineries to visit as we were “newbies’ to Napa and we were thrilled with our visits to their suggested places. It really made our trip. Highly recommend staying at the SENZA!

Minor detail but they do not have a full service restaurant on site, which wasn’t clear from by the description online. There are number of great restaurants within several miles of the place and they do offer a breakfast and limited dinner service.

We really loved our stay. Perfect place to celebrate my 40th birthday. The vineyard view was exceptional. The bathroom was huge and very luxurious. Loved the pool area. The lobby and the dining area is lovely. I could go on and on.

We requested an extra bed back in May and judging by the answer, I thought that the request would be met. It was one of the reason that I booked this hotel over another. There was no bed when we arrived. When I talked to staff I got different answers on two occasion. Fire hazard said one and another said that it would cost 50 dollars. The queen size beds were quite small so I did not sleep very well. It was also my 40th birthday and I had specifically mentioned this to the hotel and that it mattered to me that everything went smoothly. They went no extra mile.

We were in a vineyard room. Well appointed, lean, comfortable, and awesome view of the vineyard. Will probably book again next year.

Food selection and quality was subpar. Not a huge issue since there are so many great places to eat in Napa Front desk was friendly, polite, and attentive. Only issue was they did not know how the Nespreso machines worked in the room, specifically that the blue pods provided a full cup of coffee unlike the other colored pods. To get a full cup with the other pods meant your coffee was not a hot than when you used the bigger blue pods.

The hotel was under construction while we were there so there were no indoor facilities for breakfast. However they had a lovely assortment of carry and go breakfast food set up outside with coffee and iced water. The staff was very friendly and our room was beautiful. We were on the first level with a patio overlooking a vineyard. The room was spacious and the bed was very comfortable. A gas fireplace, coffee bar with fridge and microwave were great additions to the room
