I like the beds, bathroom kitchen area , may need to update the left room furniture. Great service from front desk clerk!!

The keys kept this sinking themselves, so I had to get a new key. Or reprogrammed 3 times but once they get the keying system down and a place where you can hook your cell phone up Besides the normal plug outlet maybe u s b, cord, I'll let hookups on lamps or something....I think it will be nice. Nice location next to everything that a person would need.

This place is not brand new as I have stayed here off and on for about 8+ years however it smells new, looks new and feels new. The breakfast is expansive including eggs, sausage and potatoes, yogurt & fresh blueberries and granola, rolls, blueberry muffins, bagels and bread for toast and viola' waffles, ceral and boiled eggs and fresh oranges. Then there are a few choices of juice and coffees and teas. The dining area is exceptional meaning it is a warm room designed around a fireplace with warm dark furniture and alcoves looking out to a large enclosed area of patio with umbrella covered tables and grass, a courtyard like area. On the other side of the courtyard is a large indoor swimming pool and spa! This place is exceptional. Well worth the cost if you have a reason to come to Fairfield. My reason is to see my grandchildren. Besides the Jelly Belly Factory and Budweiser factory I cannot imagine another reason to come to Fairfield. I bet it is the best place to stay in miles and miles tho.

This is a hard one. I really had to think for awhile. Personally and this is unusual, my check-in was lengthy. The Desk clerk was busy on the phone when I arrived. I was in no hurry and she asked then continued on the phone with something that was obviously hotel involved. The minute she turned to help me, the fire alarm went off and the alarm was penetrating!! Screeching painfully above my head. It took a bit for them to check it out and turn it off. Someone had burned something in a microwave! I could suddenly smell it. My check-in was interrupted with multiple (something like 12 calls) phone calls of people inquiring about the alarm, It did not seem anyone evacuated....they just called the desk several minutes later. Jeez.

The rooms are spacious and have good amenities. The breakfast is pretty tasty; there's a lot of variety in the food offered. It was a nice place to stay for visiting Napa without breaking the bank.

Because of where our room was located on the first floor, it was very loud at night and early morning. We could constantly hear people in the courtyard and hallways. I'd recommend requesting a room on a higher floor or further down the hall.

The young woman who checked us in is lovely. She is professional, funny and helpful. The breakfast was yummy and my daughter loved the waffle bar and all of the many choices. The pool and hot tub was a great treat after the gymnastics competition. Also love that the hotel is pet friendly.

The pull out sofa bed was not comfortable, lumpy and slanted down on one end. My daughter used extra pillows to help the comfort factor. I would also recommend a soap dish so the counter does not get all wet and soapy after washing your hands.

Everything was b good

When I booked I booked a king suit I got to the property I'm checking in I get to my room and it's not what I booked I called the front desk and they said that they had no available king suits so I hope I get compensated for the I n convience

Breakfast was great the food was great. The staff made sure everything was fully stocked and available and was very friendly.

Next time we will book a bigger room, other than that there isn’t really anything negative to say about our stay. We stayed in the queen suite with 2 adults and 2 younger kids and we definitely should have book the king suite for more room.

Very spacious rooms, suite had full kitchen, breakfast was super nice, staff was amazing and made me feel welcome, great price and location! Loved the grotto near by super pretty at night under the moon light

Great location for us to travel in to San Francisco. The 2 male members of staff at check in were a credit to your company, they were cheerful and asked us questions about where we’d been and going on to and gave us great advice.

The breakfast wasn’t great, no sausage, burnt bacon.. it wasn’t the best I’m afraid.

My daughter and I have stayed there once before and due to the pool and spa that's what brought us back..We didn't find out thespa was not working until we had arrived. This was disappointing to us

The “ night light” is placed on the wrong wall. The bright little LED light is right in your face as you sleep. No usb ports , not a big deal on that :)
