The hotel and room were very clean. The full kitchen, dining table and living room were very comfortable. It was nice to have the bedroom separate for privacy.

The “master switch”. I appreciate the idea of energy efficiency, however it would’ve been helpful if we were told at the front desk that we needed to insert our card for the power to work. And, the electric curtains and blinds. Labels on the remotes would’ve been helpful as well.

The location was perfect as we went for thanksgiving at my adult son's and he lives just 3 1/2 miles away. We are familiar with the area and knew exactly where it is. It is a brand new hotel. There are two lovely hotels just across the street that are also apartment style.

I think putting the name Napa into the hotel's name is very misleading. I come from that area and Napa is on the other side of the mountains and perhaps not that many miles (30 maybe) however the traffic to Napa is horrendous many days of the week. Also, the bed was hard as a table with nothing to soften the surface and the sheets pilled. I was able to sleep well but shoulders hurt in the morning.

I happened to be amongst a very rare group of people that could say they stayed in a brand new hotel. Just opened July 2023. Couldn't have been nicer! Every employee that I encountered from housekeeping all the way to the front desk was as pleasant as could be. Probably also partly due to the fact that they are amongst a rare group of people that can say they get to work at a brand new hotel.

There's really nothing walking distance from the hotel that I'm aware of along the lines of gas stations or convenience stores but I'm not even 100% sure on that. That being the case, in the future something could always end up being built close by. Also, if that's the only bad thing you can say about a hotel, that's not really that bad.

Clean and new

Because it is brand new, there were limited staff to attend to guests. Check in was a long process with housekeeping verification done by running to rooms to see if they were clean. Thats an indication of disfunction with staffing and communication.

Since it just opened two weeks ago, everything was sparkly clean. I was the first one to stay in one of the rooms that was assigned. Beds were a little stiff, but slept like a baby. Very quiet and conveniently placed a couple blocks away from a shopping plaza/eateries.

They gave us the wrong room and we had to wait for the correct one. We ran out of toilet paper and they gave us Kleenex boxes.

I always love my stay when I book this property.

I wasn’t very pleased, about the entry to the hotel. It didn’t have any direction exactly where the main door to the Hotel was not very Visible!
