Room was nice for our needs. Close enough to Bottlerock but not as expensive as other venues. Staff was accommodating.

My mother treated me to the room. She wanted to use her credit card so she could use travel credit. Your policies made it very difficult for her!! She had to drive from Petaluma to Cordelia to use the card!! At 76 and on a 3-day weekend, that was very inconvenient. It seems ridiculous to make this so difficult!! She called customer service and they tried to help but this particular location makes it impossible to pay remotely with a credit card!!!! Since they take the card number over the phone to reserve the room, why can’t they take it over the phone to pay?!?

Breakfast was actually very good and had an excellent assortment of options. The man tending to everything was nice and quick to help. Location of the hotel was also nice. Rooms were quite. The staff was very friendly. Pool and hot tub were clean.

The only minor complaint we had was we had asked for an early check in at 1 and was told online via messaging that it would be possible. It was not due to being very busy and the lady at the front stated, she did not recognize the messaging. However she was still able to get us an earlier check in before 2. The coffee at the breakfast station could have been better

Great place to stay, room was excellent, quiet location, and breakfast is great too. Really loved the location. Fairfield/Cordelia right off freeway 80 just before Vacaville, hotel is next to the freeway but no freeway noise. Staff is excellent which makes your stay that much better. Plenty of good restaurant's minutes away, (Those of you that like some libations there are 2 within a block of the hotel......so walking distance).

The receptionist was extremely nice and helpful and very sweet, polite and courteous. The room, though dated, was very clean and the towels were really, really soft! The iron came in handy for a wrinkled scarf.

An extra blanket would've been great, as the night was chilly. (I usually turn the heat down and like to be bundled up at night.) I simply doubled-up the bedding on top of me, it worked. (I'm sure the front desk would've given me one IF I asked.) Guests smoking outside their room around the corner from mine. There were two guys talking very loudly in the morning right outside my room, waking me up.

A great location, offered a free breakfast,

it could use some upgrades in decor (new drapes) and spiffying up. It needed a better inside the room security lock stop. our room key did not work, so staff had to come & “re-set”the lock feature and it took about 15 mins of trial & error before the card was able to work.

I was impressed with this property and staying with Best Western. The inside and outside were both extremely clean and kept well. I really give a big thank you to the staff! Will stay again for sure!

The only thing that I want to add is that since I’m not tall, the mattress was very high! It was a 15” height. Could not get onto the bed without doing gymnastics. Other than that, I enjoyed myself very much!

This property was extremely clean, comfortable, and just as it was pictured and described. The breakfast was plentiful with choices and we would definitely stay here again.

Although this is not a complaint, it would’ve been nice to have covered parking since it was raining and we did get wet going back-and-forth to our car which is truly no fault of the hotel.

The location was very convenient, just off the freeway. We weren’t in front so we heard no traffic. The breakfast choices were very good for a continental one, including the make your own waffles.

On the down side, I would have liked a firmer mattress & the bathroom door was hard to shut. I definitely would stay here again.

we were very pleased with her accommodations. this best Western also has beautiful landscaping, very well taken care of . Very comfortable room that actually did have nice bedding nice towels, very clean.

every time I have breakfast at a hotel, I have to ask myself why they cannot seem to cook bacon or sausage so that it is actually finished cooking and does not taste like it has sat in deep grease for hours. most people like their sausage a golden brown rather than gray color and bacon should not be floppy.. besides the under cooked breakfast meat best Western and especially this location does a far better job than most other hotel motel chains I have stayed at. there is a large assortment of things to eat, and things that would make children happy also.

Super clean. Everything was in good repair. Furnishings seemed new. Breakfast was tops for the class. We did not use the pool or hot tub but they looked sparkling clean. Staff was friendly and competent

While they set the standard for a well run Best Western, there was not really anything that stood out as extra
