The location is great, as well as the staff. What my husband and I love most, is the treatment we get from the staff. So respectful, and we're treated fairly. Not just some guests at a hotel. We enjoy their laughable behaviors and the goal of making sure smiles and satisfaction are met. Thanks ESA for going the extra mile. Also, a thank you to house keeping for making sure we are good. Even when we are not on the schedule.

It was clean and quiet. We liked having a refrigerator and microwave in our room, plus other kitchen amenities like a stovetop. There were a lot of parking spaces in the lot so we always had a place getting in late at night. The property felt safe. The staff were really nice.

The bed was a little hard but I slept OK. The property is located next to the freeway so it’s noisy outside (it’s all white noise to me and helps me sleep). TV is on EST though the office told me it’s PST! We almost missed Top Chef! Be knowledgeable!

The room was very nice and clean. The amenities were very good and I love the kitchen. The TV and TV cable options were good and easy to use.

There is nothing that was not likeable. I love the coffee in the morning! There could be more of a breakfast selection, but the coffee is great! Saying that the location is close to Napa is a REAL STRETCH!! If I showed up thinking I would be close to Napa, I would be very unhappy!

The room was spacious, and overall clean with staff helping to provide timely help including request for towels, kitchen utensils etc.

Rooms where nice and spacious most of the staff was great but had the few grumpy ones that was miserable about being there

We stayed an additional night and went to the desk to book another night was told to contact booking.com so I did and spoke in person after holding 20 minutes and she confirmed and sent me confirmation that it was booked so the next day I got a call from the hotel saying it's last check out and they don't see that I had paid I showed her the confirmation emails and on the app. Then I was unable to get ahold of anyone from booking.com since then very dissatisfied with both the hotel and booking.com on how they handle things I sent emails and messages to booking.com and still no word

My husband and I travel every year to different stays. So, we have been is bad hotels and good ones. And this one is a great one!
