The staff were fantastic. There was definitely issues with the room that they were able to help with. The gym is super clean with tons of up-to-date equipment. They were receptive to our concerns regarding the mattresses for the double queen room. Not sure if all the queen beds were as poor quality mattresses, but that was our only complaint. The King room was spacious and a very comfortable bed. The staff was definitely very accommodating with finding the right rooms for our party.
The mattresses were incredibly uncomfortable and the double queen room.

breakfast was ok, location is easy to get to.
I was in room 127 and had no wifi all 3 days. (sat Nov30, Dec 1st and Dec 2) I called service desk and they said a tower cell was down and should be fixed asap. Sunday I went to front desk and they said it should be fixed. Monday I had no wifi. So 3 days and no internet. Other than that the stay was good.

love how the staff attended to my issue with bathroom. the issue was resolved in a timely manner. much appreciate the front desk and the people behind the counter at the little eatery place in the lobby. Above and beyond customer service

The hotel and room were very clean. The staff were amazing. They came when we needed new towels within seconds. I will stay there again. Also it was across the street from outlet mall and near various wineries.

Location was excellent for what I needed. I arrived during a serious rain storm and the front desk people were accommodating and the facility was set up for rain and wet floors.
Hmmmmmm, not sure that there is anything I could suggest. Everything was very good.

The AC/heater unit didn’t work so it was kind of hot throughout the stay. But still fun!
