We decided to stay longer and booked for two days before our original booking ... front desk (wish I remembered her name) was so Sweet and allowed us to remain in the same room, even though it was an upgrade. That was an awesome business move! She is an asset to your company. Throughout our stay, we saw her running the bar, serving food, checking in and out hotel guests and "doing it all" she worked her butt off, with a smile and kind attitude.

You need a fan in the laundry room!

I haven't given any place place before an exceptional rate but this place deserves it. This is a very new hotel. everything is so clean. the room was big and comfortable and their fresh made omelette made their breakfast perfect as a complimentary breakfast. the hotel staff were amazing. the breakfast area is not big but very comfortable and well designed. this was the best hotel in it's class I've ever been.

the only minor thing was the shower gel was not filled so we ran out at first shower and the number of bath towel was not enough for whole family but of course they took care of both as soon as we request them

We stayed a week and there was some miscommunication with the staff on needing housekeeping, trash wasn’t removed and clean towels weren’t provided when expected and had to follow up. But it was resolved same day so not a big deal.

Breakfast was much better than usually offered at "breakfast included" hotels. Made to order omelettes.

Only 2 issues. The bed pillows were all overstuffed, so very uncomfortable, and nearly impossible to sleep on. I'm a soft pillow person. The bacon at breakfast was dangerously under cooked, and dripping with fat.

I loved that it was conveniently right off the freeway. The room was very clean and comfortable. My family loved it. We even played hide and seek with the lights off and they had a BLAST! The pool was amazing as well. It was an extremely hot weekend so we very much enjoyed the pool and it wasn't crowded... We had the pool to ourselves almost the entire time.

Everything about my day was awesome. From the moment. I got there, even though there was a little hiccup at check-in with the old place to my credit card they made up for it. They were very, very concerned with my stay how I liked it I was with the service animal and they absolutely Provided wonderful service and care for her.

The bed was so comfy, the room was well stocked and very clean and comfortable. The lobby was so cute and decorated nicely and everything was just in great shape. I have told everyone about my stay and where it was. Such a great experience and Mother’s Day gift to me!

Good location plenty of free parking. Very clean lobby area, rooms and elevators.

The front desk staff were not very welcoming and the breakfast staff lady cooking omelette was rude. She acted as though she could not hear guest and would not acknowledge guests with questions including myself.

The breakfast omelets and coffee. Also how clean the rooms are. I hope pets are not allowed because with pets comes the dirtiness, flies and bedbugs.. Right now it's new so it's super clean I hope it stays that way.

The staff and the front desk picked up the phone call in front of and took 15 minutes on that call booking a room for someone while I waited at 10pm when I was tired and just wanted to get to bed.

The walls are thin, we had to move rooms at midnight because of a room next to us having a party but the staff helped us move quickly
