We love the cleanness but our suggestion why you guys don't do breakfast? Please consider it would be perfect if you guys do breakfast but other then that we loved the place everything

We didn't like that they came the next day to changed our sheets replaced clean towels we didn't want that just come after we checked out not in the middle or the day off. But we loved the place

It is not fancy, but it is clean and have everything you need. The staff are friendly and efficient.

The lock was a little bit tricky with the card lock thing we had to redo it multiple times to get it to open the door. The building is a little rundown, but like I said, above, definitely clean and comfortable and a great bargain.

The staff was extremely helpful and friendly. They were also the first hotel to read the notes I leave when I reserve a room which is greatly appreciated. I would definitely stay at this hotel again!

The room was very clean , affordable and accessible for our needs. As a disabled person I was happy to see the hight toilet and safety bar.

he only thing that needs improvement is more accessible outlets for electronics. You cannot charge a computer sitting in the bed or at the desk. The outlet was behind the bed and difficult to get to.

The room is spacious, efficient, Very CLEAN. The mattresses were firm, the AC fully functional and adequate for the room size. Amenities are a microwave, refrigerator, iron and hairdryer. All were very clean and ready to use. The location is perfect for an overnight stop, right off of I80. Summary: best deal for the money!

No coffee maker. One queen mattress bed is “wallowed out” (a soft hole” on one side. the other queen mattress is firm and comfortable on both sides.

Big room with a couch. Had a fridge for our ice chest goodies. On-site laundry was nice I got a couple of loads done. Very close to food and shops and the freeway entrance. You didn’t hear the freeway though so an added bonus.

Ice machine was broken. Could use a few more electrical outlets by the second sink for using the hair dryer. Not a big issue but the second person sitting on the couch didn’t have an end table to set stuff on.

The room was missing some accommodations. But it's okay, I know they were going through some changes. And I couldn't change the formatting on the tv so it was cutting off my computer screen.

Good service nice location very conventional for people who have no vehicle.

We could have stay longer but the facility only allowed us to stay no longer than 21 days.

The price is affordable

When I asked front desk if I can get a refund after he charged my card for deposit that didn't have enough money but enough for the room charge. Asked Booking.com for refund and I told him you just charged my card. His answer the second time was Booking.com. We left going to parking lot then I realized my other card so came back to front desk to charge my other card for deposit and it went through. Don't give attitude to guest just because they didn't know that they don't have enough money. Explain to guest nicely. Good thing I have another card that I remember
