As soon as I arrived at best western heritage inn, I was greeted by the most wonderful, kind, smiley man named fast Eddie😇 I never seen or met anyone like him in a hotel front desk business, and he made my day😇 it was pouring cats and dogs outside, not only did he come outside to help me with my suitcases, he also went back into the room after I’ve already left the hotel the next day to retrieve my bag of goodies I left in the refrigerator for my travel to the airport 1 hr away! The breakfast was delicious and although the bed wasn’t exactly the best, the room was big, and clean which was great! I will always remember fast Eddie and his big heart and kind and generous smile he left as I was leaving! If ever I am back in Vacaville for another show, I will definitely be staying at the Best western heritage inn again! As long as fast Eddie is there👍🏼😇💜💖 he made my stay there perfect 😇

The location and I LIKE THE FACT THEY ARE THE VERY FEW PLACES WITH SMOKING ROOM, LET ALONE WITH A KING SIZE BED AND EXTRA CHAIR SO YOU CAN JUST RELAX LIKE YOUR IN YOUR OWN HOME Just keep smoking rooms and I guarantee my husband and I will keep coming. Along with anyone else that is looking for a smoking room they are so hard to find these days. So please keep these rooms Staff was so nice young lady who checked me in made us feel really welcomed. We will be frequent here Happy new year to your staff 😎

There wasn't really anything I didn't like, my husband and I enjoyed ourselves and our new year

Room was as expected and was reasonably comfortable. Pool was available.

Front Desk staff the first 2 days was mediocre (did their job, but not a lot of smiles or apologizing for long waits). The last two days, the staff was friendly and welcoming. TV network went out 3rd day, but was fixed same day. Pool was a bit dirty.

Free breakfast available. Room was nice & clean. Friendly staff. Easy to find location of the hotel.

I thought the whole complex was a bit compact and small. That night we checked in police officers showed up to check on a guest that stayed there. The fridge was making a lot of noise through our stay and while we were sleeping. Other than that it was a nice stay.

Room was great, clean, air con was working, frig was working, love my King Suite room very spacious and the Breakfast !!!! Very delicious!!!!! They offer a delicious hot breakfast such as bacon, eggs, sausages, hash browns, tasty potato spuds, coffee and so much more. Keep up the good work Best Western Vacaville, Best Western Roseville, CA. Unfortunately there was 1 thing wrong, the King Suit Room 112 I stayed in the mattress is very horrible to sleep on, to many dents in the mattress I feel that it has over 100,000 miles on it. This mattress still has the old springs inside, it needs to be changed out to the new updated therapeutic mattress that all hotels are switching over to.

I rented a king suite, room very spacious very nice. Breakfast was great they offered, bacon, eggs, tasty potato spuds, fruit, milk cereal coffee toast. I am very happy with hotels that offer this type of breakfast it's a big thing for me, it's a big decision maker. I always thought that when I saw the word continental breakfast on a hotels advertisement it meant that it was the type of food described above. But unfortunately it's not. So when every time I see the word continental breakfast, I will not rent a room from them. I'm just like everybody else we all like and enjoy the bacon eggs sausage hash browns biscuits and gravy. So a message from me to all hotels, if you offer Continental breakfasts I will not, I will not reserve a room from you. Nor will I recommend my friends to your hotel. So with that being said Best Western Heritage Inn in Vacaville, I give you a thumbs up and an A+ for serving this awesome breakfast. Nurse Traveler Robert Lopez.

Bed was very uncomfortable it was the Old Spring mattress, instead of the Tempurpedic or memory foam ones that hotels are changing over to. Other than that my stay was great.

The breakfast is good. They offer the most variety out of alot of hotels I've been too. And this place is clean. The rooms are spacious. A few staff aren't too friendly, but other than that it was a great experience.

We like Fast Eddie! He checked us in and he was friendly, fast, very welcoming, smiling and pleasant. The beds were comfortable and we slept well. The continental breakfast was good!

The trash under the bed. We were checking out and made sure we didn’t drop anything under the bed and was surprised to find a little bit of trash under the bed.

The property is very well kept and maintained, our room was great; very clean, well put together, perfect for my boyfriend and I. The staff were very kind, patient, understanding, accommodating and extremely helpful our entire stay with them.

Just had coffee but it was last 2 cups and barely warm.

The ONE handicap spot was taken by a vehicle with no handicap plate of plaque and the space next to it for unloading a wheelchair had a truck full of stuff. They must have been above us in a room because there was at least one child running and bouncing loudly til at least midnight. I had to park outside a parking space to get a walker to my handicap sister because I couldn’t even open my car door enough for her to get out…too close. Not a good place for handicap people. I’ll look for better availability next time.
