The bed was comfy, and the front desk lady was so sweet!

I do believe the sheets were clean, but there were hairs in the bathroom and grime in the kitchen that made me question if things were wiped down and disinfected. The blanket was very thin, so I'd suggest bringing one. The breakfast was just a small coffee bar with some nutrigrain bars and prepackaged muffins. Also, the laundry facility was out of order at the time of our stay. If the laundry facility is a reason for choosing this hotel, I'd call ahead to make sure it's in working order.

The breakfast was continental but tasty. Muffin and coffee or juice. You had to get down there early to catch the breakfast.

We could have received some hot food breakfast like the rest of the hotels surrounding them. There were a lot of eating place around there. They need to do something about the roaches. They except dogs which were fine, but they need to know how to control them in and outside, had to report the dog next to me barked all night. Nothing was done. I also didn't like that your room didn't get clean until the 8th day, of your stay so I did my own, but they were nice to give me what I needed.

Clean, wonderful staff (shoutout to Olivia, Indigo, Dustin, Brittany, and Cerrie), very nice location, and very comfortable rooms! They were very pet friendly and the other guests were so kind and welcoming. It was a wonderful experience.

Some of the rooms could use an update and a little fixing up. The property advertises an “on the go breakfast” but the options severely lacked which is pretty frustrating.

The morning staff is incredible, super friendly and quick to make you feel like you’re at home! Coffee is always hot and fresh, laundry is 24:7, the rooms are nice and cozy, and they will exchange your dirty linens anytime for you! Super convenient service!

Now that it’s getting cold outside little roach bugs are running around everywhere which is yucky but I know the property is doing something about it!

Beds were good, large facility, rooms were clean, had kitchen, stove, pot, pans, dishes & toaster was available, Had fridge with freezer. Had carts to unload bags. Had elevator that worked.

Gounds were a little tired, lots of smells in hallways. No toiletries in rooms? Tv is tiny for big rooms

The staff was very helpful and friendly . Thank you Carrie and Olivia you both deserve to be rewarded for being so professional and good work.

The receptionist is actually very helpful. Her name Amor, super nice lady and helpful to me when I try do my laundry and she does help me.

They don't clean my rooms after 10 days stay there

Overall good experience they provide everything you need to have a comfortable stay and the rooms have kitchens n very comfortable rooms

I liked the freindness at the front desk. They were very nice.

They had roaches, the tub had no stopper to take a bath, and you had to clean up your own room. Maid came once a week.

I like the staff . Very helpful and understanding definitely a customer service professional. “Thank you Carrie keep up the good work.”
